Wouldn’t even rate this a star if I didn’t have to! Went through the colour match service and was given the colour of my hair so I ordered it. It comes and was so much lighter than my hair! I had already read the terms and conditions that you were not to open the package or it couldn’t not be refunded so I didn’t, I then put it in the same bag it was delivered in with the return address on it and sent it for tracked delivery. I tracked the parcel and it was received and signed for and I waited a couple of days no refund. I then contacted to page who got back quite quickly asking for details I provided them with all the details and got no reply back, I then had to email again and they said I needed to provide more details and I did that and no reply! And still no refund so do not order of these people if you don’t know your exact hair colour because they will just steal your money.

Ordered a set of clip in hair extensions with a view that they would probably come and be of terrible quality if they arrived at all (was sceptical due to the price) however fast delivery and stunning 3 piece hair extensions they quality is fab and the length and style is perfect the colour match was also excellent would recommend and defo use again.

Had two sets of hair with perfect colour matches, curly and straight! Thick and good quality, really pleased! Cant use straighteners on them but what do you expect for the price! Bargain! Delivered mega quickly too! Will use again *****

I sent some of my micro ring hair extensions in to get a perfect colour match but when I ordered the shade they matched it to it was completely wrong! I had to return a large order at my own expense, no refund has been given for the postage or the returned items and no one is responding to me. If you post on their Facebook they just delete the bad comments. AVOID this company!

Fraudulent company. Assume most reviews are self written. I have lost my money & have now referred to trading standards in the hope that they are stopped conning people although as the company is dissolved they will prob just set up under another name again...complete waste of time

I purchased these on a friday and recieved them on a monday which happened to be my birthday which was great. They feel so real and the colour was a perfect match to my hair. Wore them first time last night easy to put in and comfortable. Nobody realised i had extensions in but everyone commented on how healthy and thick my hair looked. Will deffo but again

Cant recommend these hair extentions enough. They are soooo thick!!! Couldnt believe how thick they were for the price. Great colour match also i got the bleach blonde was scared in case i chose wrong colour but its perfect. Blends seemlessly also. Fast delivery also Great purchase thank you!!

I ordered two clip in one piece hair extensions on Friday evening. Received an email on Monday morning saying my order had been shipped. Received my items on Tuesday morning. Really pleased with the quality and prompt service. Will definitely purchase again from them 😊

No replies in2 days! Although been online posting on Facebook. Tried email and Facebook for past 2 days and nothing, other than comment deleted! Ordered and not only paid for next day delivery but paid extra due to Saturday delivery and still not even picked up yet according to tracker and ordered especially for tonight! If I knew they wouldn't be here then I would have ordered elsewhere but trusted this company!
