I absolutely love these but they don’t last long

Would never recommend this company to anyone. Purchased full set of hair extensions and realised right away they were the wrong ones. Tried contacting to cancel the order but still received it anyway, sent the package back as not needed and now claiming they never received my package back although it was sent first class recorded delivery & notes say it was signed for, claim not to have it and when provided with the tracking number etc have stopped responding to messages!! Shocking service

I bought two different pieces from Krystellie recently; I messaged on Facebook asked for advice and was consequently pestered to ask if I’d bought them or not and did I need any more help, they couldn’t message me enough!

Neither of the pieces matched my hair so I returned them both, I sent them Recorded delivery (thankfully!) and had proof they’d been received. After this I had to constantly contact them and ask where my refund was, they kept fobbing me off with excuses saying they didn’t have them (they did), my refund was applied as credit (it wasn’t). I couldn’t find any contact number online so I could only either email or FB message them, frustrating!

Long story short, I never got my money back off these SCAM ARTISTS. I had to claim it back from my credit card company. I’ve also reported them to Action Fraud.

As you can see from other posts, I’m not the only one to experience such an issue. I really wouldn’t bother with this company, you can get the same extensions from a more REPUTABLE seller and save yourself the hassle.

Use to wear Krystellie hair extensions years ago.. stopped purchasing from them because my order was delayed by an extra week! So I received an email from them years later regarding there’s a new team and the reason why I stopped purchasing from them which I explained! They offered me 40 percent off which is great so I went ahead with the order which was ordered through email rather than the website. I asked to receive it for a specific date and they agreed and said I will get it before then... they sent me a payment on paypal which I paid! 4 weeks later I still haven’t received my hair extensions and the communication is poor! How is this even a business? You’d expect this from a seller on depop!

IF YOU PAID ON PAYPAL REQUEST A REFUND ON THE RESOLUTION CENTRE SECTION, OPEN A CLAIM AND MAKE SURE YOU ESCALATE IT TO PAYPAL AFTER A FEW DAYS, IF YOU HAVENT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND.

I ALWAYS order my hair from here. There are 100’s of places to choose from but I trust and rate Kyrstelie. There amazing quality. I’ve been ordering from here for years now and always get told how gorgeous my hair is and I always recommend them! Thankyou for the years of beautiful hair!!

I don’t know where to start. Lost all faith them. First messing up an order after I paid £6.95 next day delivery, (which didn’t turn up two days after I needed it) emailed to try and sort it out - when they got in touch they offered me a discount if I want to reorder in the future.. I got in touch when I wanted to order again so they could apply my discount been as I wanted to purchase £40 worth of stuff, over 10 messages later with only three reply’s (from different staff) my deadline date was too close and I had to order without any discounts! (paid next day delivery again) to top it all off the hair that was sent was poor quality, very thin plus the wrong colour !! WILL NOT BE USING IN FUTURE.

I made a purchase of £70 through the website and deposited the money on 10/07/18. A week later Krystellie Fashion (KF) emailed me saying they were out of stock for the items I wanted so I changed my order and was told they could fulfill the new order. One week after the secondary order was made I still had no delivery or contact from KF. I inquired via email for the status of my purchase and got no reply. Multiple emails went unanswered in the following week (3wks have passed since deposit). I tried contacting KF via Facebook where I finally got a reply a MONTH later saying they’re unable to fulfill my order. I then requested a refund and was told KF would promptly refund my money and that KF was sorry for the inconvenience...

It has almost been TWO MONTHS now and I still have NOT RECEIVED A REFUND OF MY MONEY!!! And Krystellie Fashion are NOT REPLYING TO MY EMAILS/MESSEGES and have sent me an email that says ‘Status of my order has been updated to “REFUNDED”. No.

I have been SCAMMED!

absolutely love my exstentions. Colour (burgundy) was a perfect match to my hair. Will definitely use again ☺

I love Krystellie. The hair extensions are really good. I mean if you’re looking for some quick extensions to put in on a night out or if you fancy long hair for a few days these are honestly perfect. Not for long term though as after a few wears they do go messy.

I also love the clothes have ordered clothes off krystellie before and got so many compliments asking me where my outfit was from. Decent quality clothes too and such a bargain.

Overall, I’d give krystellie 5 stars because you couldn’t expect more from them I think they have definitely created a good brand.

I bought the 18inch straight flick hair extensions and they are just perfect! So soft and silky and looks so natural, the thickness is unreal! Thank you and 100% recommend

I wouldn’t buy my extensions anywhere else. Hair lasts so much longer than leading brands that I used to use before I found Krystellie! Couldn’t recommend more and so so impressed with what a bargain they are🤩

Love these colour and thickness were perfect. Quick delivery as well.

First bought a set of extensions thinking "Well, they're cheap so they'll probably be s*%t" but I was so surprised by the quality, so much so that I've never gone anywhere else for extensions -- my hair's already long so the 180g 24" flicky set are perfect for adding thickness to my hair. The delivery times have always been really fast & the prices are really good too.

Massive range of colours and hair types to choose from, great price and fast delivery. I don’t buy from anywhere else and advertise this site to my friends
