Ordered extensions from here so many times and never had an issue except a day late one time. Nice affordable extensions I always get a few wears out of mine.

Joke of a company ordered item on 3 of april 2019. Was told item was out of stock and asked if i would like to exchange for another item or a refund. I asked for a full refund and to this day i ha e recived nothing. They sent an email with order tracking saying it had been refunded and you guessed it i have recived nothing no refund and no item. I have emailed several times. I will be taking this further. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT RECIVE YOUR ITEM OR YOUR MONEY BACK SCAMMERS AMD IM MOT THE FIRST AND WONT BE THE LAST

Never recieved product. Company never responded to emails or messages. £50 stolen from me. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM.

I ordered extensions from here on Thursday the 11th of April paid for next day delivery which was close to £7!! They have not turned up and the date now is Sunday the 14th of April not happy at all with the customer service either as I have emailed them several times and they won’t answer me I have dm them and they are ignoring me and I have message them on facebook also ignored me they haven’t even given me a order number so I can track my parcel honestly you are money robbers,absolute waste of time!!

DO NOT TRUST. This company take your money for next day delivery and do not provide it. This has happened to me several times and the company ignore my emails asking for a resolution after originally claiming 'issues just happen sometimes'. Highly unprofessional and rude service, and the next day delivery payment seems to be a con to get more money from buyers.

Ordered from krystellie for years now love them. Cheap and make your hair thick and lovely. May not last too long but it's not real hair so what do you expect. Great for the price.

This is my 3rd order. All the wigs are so nice, the hair looks very natural. I would love more full head wigs and maybe in future you could add some samples of hair to order(colours). Thank you

I return because ordering is easy and the products are more than worth the money. Really great value products,great quality. My experiences with customer service in the past have been inconsistent and frustrating and a couple of times my order has taken much longer than expected to appear.

I have ordered from this site a number of times and haven't have many issues however, I placed an order before Christmas using their 1-2 working day delivery method and am yet to receive anything (6 working days/11 days) later. I've tried to contact the company via their preferred method of facebook messenger on two separate occasions and they are yet to get back to me. I've also contacted them by filling out a contact form on their website and I am still waiting to see if this yields any response.
The extensions themselves aren't of a bad quality, hence why I have used them on previous occasions however, since having this issue I find their lack of contact and any remote apology or refund disgusting as a paying and previously loyal customer.

Avoid!!! I did use these with no problems I thought!! So ordered for next day delivery for a wedding I had a few days later , paid the £6.99 for next day delivery to receive nothing!! Emailed 5 times and still no response or item!! Also emailed on social media which they are very active on but don’t reply to messages!!will now be reporting to PayPal!!

Do not use this company. Sent hair extensions back due to extreme poor quality via recorded delivery. Made contact on multiple occasions via Facebook and email and was basically pacified with different excuses, then in the end completely ignored after messages were read!
I had to get refund via PayPal 13 weeks later, bad bad company, appalling customer services. I also reported their terrible code of conduct to trading standards!
Very unprofessional. Avoid this company, use a reputable company.

Awful company, took my payment twice, this was 2 months ago! Won't respond to any emails, now having to get my bank involved. Quality of hair extensions are also poor, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Purchased several times from Krystellie, I cannot fault them. Low cost, good quality hair and fast delivery. I always get comments on how real my hair looks and people cannot believe the price. Will continue to order from here. There’s nothing negative to say!

Great exstentions..It's hard to choose on the right color for me..But all together a good deal..highly recommend to buy more in the future.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Placed an order early September. Never received the extensions. Asked for full refund. They said they would look into it. They took 5 days at a time to reply to any message. They said they would issue a refund- 2 weeks later no refund. They then advised they would refund via PayPal. Am still awaiting a refund. They're not even bothering to respond to messages now. Customer service is appaling. Avoid.
