Broken plates, no full refund of shipping costs.But Resolved in the end ;)
Order took more than 5 days to deliver, Then the plates inside was broken, returned it on my expense to the store and then was also not refunded the initial courier costs.
However, Kwantum contacted me to appologise and resolve the issue and also gave me a voucher. Thank you.

Disappointing Service for advisory service
I recently used Quantum's service to have my windows measured and order custom curtains, but the experience was far from satisfactory.
The representative who came to measure my windows did not bring any fabric samples, even though I was told in the store that this is part of the service. Instead, I was asked to go back to the store to choose the fabric, which was very inconvenient.
The measurements taken by the representative were unclear and incomplete. When I went to the store to place my order, the staff couldn’t proceed because the measurements provided were insufficient.

Worst Possible Experience
The order for the installation of laminate flooring on my staircase has been delayed for over 3 months due to mis-management of the Kwantum team and no effort was made to rectify the situation despite several calls to the Customer Service.

Missing items
Ordered multiple things. Like what I have received but have not received the full order yet. There is no communication about when the rest of the order will be delivered. I have written to them but have not received any response. I fear that I will not receive the rest of my order.

I ordered a carpet 2,20 by 4 meters.
I ordered a carpet 2,20 by 4 meters.
It came rolled by the 4 meters side.
The deliverer said it can not go up the stairs on the 3rd floor. So I gave it back.
From the customer service they said I can not have a refund because it is custom made. I asked them if they can pack it by the 2 meters side so that can fit to go by the stairs. They said no we can not do that. So I'm waiting now to receive it again by the 4 meters side...and I have to unpack it on the busy street and re pack it again myself by the 2 meters side.
It was a bad experience for me.
