I'm extremely disappointed with Kwantum floor services. Despite multiple calls and emails, issues remain unresolved. The installer left behind problems, and the result doesn't meet my expectations. I've submitted tickets with videos and images. I'd appreciate a refund, but my elderly mother has already moved in along with the furniture and now I am stuck.

Recommendation: I would not recommend Kwantum flooring services to others due to the poor installation experience and lack of effective customer support.

We bought 4 dining chairs. They are sturdy and comfortable with good price. The delivery was also quite soon and good.

My first and last experience. Waiting 10 days for a carpet and floorlamp that were ordered at the store in BOZ. Floorlamp is not delivered, no response to emails, finally was advised by the customer service to drop by the store to see the problem because they can't get a feedback from the store. The store however responded #we don't deliver the floorlapm, it has to be collected at the store! that was definitely a lack of communication and knowledge in the first place when I placed the order. Then Looking for the item, it was out of stock. Not satisfied and not recommended.. Although the online customer service was kinda friendly.

Online there was a deal for free installation with certain types of carpet which i found under the stair renovation section. I got told that this free installation cannot be booked online but you need to make a measurement check at home first. so I did book and pay for that. 2 ladies came to do the measurements and then I gave them the name of the carpet from the online advert which then they told me there is no free laying service.

The promotion was still available at the time and even showed the ladies online at the time.

The customer service approach was conveniencing. Actually, I had gone to bargain for a product (a canopy) on sale for € 225. Not very certain of an instant purchase, I approached the front customer service of the availability of the product and for a bargain. She then told me I could get 15% discount if I purchase 3 iterms. She suggested 2 other products with very low price tag which sound like a good deal and convenienced me to purchase instantly.
Morebeside, I had intended to spend not more than €225 on the canopy but was even more convinced by the back customer service officer who responded to his colleague call that I could get a better discount even with the canopy only. This influence the increase in my initial purchase plan by adding 4 pieces of Paraso Foot Tile for supporting the poles. Even though I spent more than expected, I benefitted immensely from the discount which I find more experiencing. This mean I will be back again for another more experience!!!!!

My rug wasn't delivered after 9 days waiting. I planned my day to wait for it and they didn't delivered because the driver took the wrong address. Now I don't know how many days I have to wait for the new delivery

This is about store experience at Nieuwgein, Utrecht. We visited this store to purchase curtains. It is a very busy store because it is Under staffed looks like overworked and some were irritated to take additional questions. Customer can’t ask more questions even though customer is buying an expensive curtain and staff expects customer to come completely prepared. This was my first time buying a curtain. I didn’t know what all information I need to have apart from measurements. Unhelpful and not kind staff. However, We still placed the order. I had to place the order under pressure as store associate was loosing patience. After all this staff made a mistake in the order that I noticed after order was placed and printed. By the way no email confirmation of the order. I have to return to store to modify. I am bit concerned about the measurement since order was placed in a hurry and didn’t had time to review. I will not visit this store again. Order cancellation is possible on same day and we placed order at end of the day.
