Tyres are excellent BUT…
Tyres are excellent but the mobile fitting service was not as good as I have had in the past. The fitter struggled to remove the tyres from the the wheels and ended up resorting to destructive methods including using a metal pry bar which damaged every wheel and also didn't secure them correctly so damage in the middle of the wheels too.
I don't know if it was lack of experience or issues with machinery but it ultimately I have had to get my wheels fixed afterwards

my car went in for a wheel alignment after me checking on line which clearly stated £49.99 if the need to adjust 2 bolts.
They then wanted £75 and said it would have cost even more to adjust 1 other bolt for a camber.
Absolute rip off merchants.
I would never have used them if I’d known they would rip me off.
Could have had the same done for £35 less than 1/2 mile away.
Don’t get ripped off

Tyre balancing!
My brand new tyres were not correctly balanced. Not one, not two, but all 4 were out of balance by 60+ grams. This ruined my road trip and made me pay for diagnostics as I thought I had steering issues.

Exmouth branch offered excellent service
Exmouth branch were able to replace our tyre, having had a slow puncture and been attended br RAC (husband is on Motability scheme) who escorted us to the tyre store. We were very happy that they were able to deal with our tyre upon arrival as RAC mechanic had thought we might have to leave car there overnight. 5*service. Thanks to the Exmouth staff!

Left sitting for 1hr 45mins
Booked a slot for 11:30 24/06/26 at the Motherwell branch for my Tusker lease car. Arrived 15 minutes early as advised and my car was on the ramp straight away. I required 3 tyres. Sat for an hour without my car being touched. No communication as to why so I asked the mechanic who took my key. He said he was waiting for it to be “authorised”. I assumed it was the lease company so I called them and they advised Kwik Fit have automatic authorisation to fit my tyres so it wasn’t their end. I told the mechanic and he said my job was still showing red. Awaiting authorisation. I sat for another 45 minutes then had to ask for my vehicle back as I had somewhere to be and couldn’t sit around all day in a garage especially with no timeframe and next to zero communication. On the way home I filed a complaint and booked a mobile service to come to my home so I wouldn’t waste more of my time. Awful service. I will be using the mobile service in future. I thought at least the staff would try to pursue what was taking so long and get back to me, but I was just left sitting there.

Quick service, but damaged vehicle
I was able to get an on the day mobile booking to replace two tyres which was a real help and the ones I needed were on stock.
Nice friendly technician who did the job quickly.
However, my vehicle was damaged by the jack during the job. I completely understand this can happen, not an issue. But Kwikfit is taking no steps to rectify the damage and having already spent half an hour on the phone today going round in circles I’m none the wiser. I’m now turning to posting an online review to try and get noticed so someone contacts me…
