Ordered and paid for items online with no issues, then three days later after getting a dispatch email I was contacted and asked to pay a £39 surcharge due to my postcode, despite being on UK mainland and not in the Scottish Highlands. This is a breach of contract. Cancelled the order and requested full refund. Four days later refund is still pending.

We’re sorry for any confusion caused regarding the £39 delivery surcharge. Unfortunately, our courier applies additional charges for deliveries to certain postcodes due to higher transportation costs to those areas. While your address is on the UK mainland, it still falls within one of the postcodes our carrier classifies as a “remote location,” which incurs this surcharge.
We completely understand your frustration — this is not a fee we add ourselves, but one passed on directly from the courier. We have issued a full refund for your order.

I ordered the ladder and it was to be delivered next working day...I was then emailed to say there's a delay...when it finally came the delivery company would not leave it even though I had asked for it to be left on my driveway...no mention anywhere that it had to be signed for...!!!!!!

Ordered my telescopic ladder on Monday morning, 24 hours later (Tuesday morning) my ladder was delivered. You can’t beat that for delivery.
The ladder itself is very sturdy and has been used to clean the gutters on my property. I can’t fault either the company, or the ladder I bought from them.
