I placed my order on 11/14/2022 and received confirmation that my order would deliver between 11/19-11/30. I received a confirmation shipping label from Royal Mail. I did not receive my order 12/1 and when I inquired with the La de da Living via email they said my order was shipped via DHL since it was a larger item. They said the Royal Mail shipping label was an auto generated label. They did not provide the DHL tracking number. When I asked for the DHL tracking number they then claimed that they could not locate my package. I do not recommend doing business with this company. They are shady and unorganized. I am very disappointed as this was a gift I was giving to my family.

Ordered via website which was so easy. Good range of products to choose from. Would have no hesitation to order further items. Even though we currently have issues with Royal Mail deliveries, it didn't take long to arrive after order processed.

Orders 2 Xmas plaques for 2 children ~ only one sept which was defective and no sign of the 2nd one. Emailed asking to resolve which they said they would but still haven’t and are clearly unwilling to resolve.
I previously ordered a pebble framed picture which arrived without the family name?? Although they did resolve that to my satisfaction however re they do not wish to resolve this and I have had to open PayPal resolution requesting a refund as they won’t refund me either.
Very poor service indeed 😞😞
