This was a lovely, unique gift for a wedding present. It was so easy to order and looked identical to the one on the website. Arrived safely and on time!

Nice gift but £28 for the chocolate board with multipack tiny chocolate bars seems very expensive, also adhesive purchased with them not suitable

Great quality pebble art frame. I did speak to helpful girl on phone requesting a change to my online order. All was dealt with very helpfully but when received frame my request had not been made. Bit disappointed.

I had a question about shipping and tax which was answered promptly, although I did not expect to have to pay tax for a non-perishable product coming into N.Ireland.

Bought pebble art picture as a gift. Found out the day before that it hadn't been dispatched despite me paying extra for guaranteed delivery. Emailed several times and tried phoning but nothing! No reply, no apology, nothing! Will have to find alternate gift at short notice. Very unhappy!

I ordered 2 items but only one arrived. I contacted La De La Living on 19/12/2022 and they apologised and said that would get it done that day and send it but special delivery. I received the item on 20/12/2022 as promised, excellent service.

I ordered an Elf with a balloon and letter for my daughter . I paid £50 which included £5.95 for a guaranteed day delivery. It didn't arrive , it is now 4 days later and still nothing.
I have emailed twice but nothing from the company.
I am really disappointed as it is now just a few days till Christmas and feel like I have been ripped off.
I have message on FB just recently, hoping for a reply off them this way.
I don't usually leave reviews but if I could give 0 stars I would do as I have paid £50 for nothing. !

I have loved everything I have ordered from la de da living and so have all my friends who received gifts.

A nice crate clear picture and wording, i would of given 5 stars if the wording was right I asked for Koa’s Christmas Eve crate, instead I got Koa’s Christmas Eve treats.
This would never bother me but the fact his older sister has crate written on her’s.

So great !! We have 3 of your products , great service . Love them x
