Absolutely disgraceful company

Absolutely disgraceful company. They are more debt collectors than a mortgage company making people’s lives miserable with unrealistic payments and high interest rates. #mortgageprisoners

Years of reporting errors

Years of reporting errors, making payments as late when paid on time. Not responding to complaints. Payments not reaching the account. They know they are out of reach of the FCA and do what they want.

Disgrace

This company are complete sharks, Landshark is very appropriate. For 9 years we have been trapped on a 5.3% mortgage with no option to change to a lower rate. This is not the terms we agreed under the original mortgage with Northern Rock. We were deceived, plain and simple.

Skidmark would be a more appropriate…

Skidmark would be a more appropriate name for this pile of dung bunch of vultures. Our mortgage was sold off to this group by our own Government when Northern Rock collapsed without our knowledge or prior approval. We have been stuck on a ridiculous interest rate since then with no option to move to an active lender. To say they are unhelpful is an understatement, they will actively avoid corresponding with you and will say whatever they feel like on that particular day to get you off the phone before finding something else to Rob you with. Absolute shower of toss, avoid them like the plague!

Vultures

Vultures!
See facebook group, 'mortgage prisoners' for help.
Not a mortgage company just debt collection. They are keeping people on very high interest rates when interest rates are at a historic low. Certainly not fair.
FCA doing nothing to protect the people it is meant to.

No point in complaining about Landmark…

No point in complaining about Landmark Mortgages as it’s really a third party debtor and FCA,FOS along with Uk Goverment support this third party and pay lip service to this greedy third party debtor who has greedy investors to who have caused grief to ex Northern Rock customers all through the years and they should not being using the phrase Mortgage company as they don’t provide Mortgages but just tender the books ripping everyone off!
This is fact !

AWFUL

AWFUL - Everyone should sue Landmark mortgages via Harcus Parker solicitors. Landmark have provided false information to credit agencies and charge high mortgages rates. You may win what you've been overcharged all these years. Over 200'000 are suing them via Harcus Parker. (To Landmark, you should have corrected my credit file, this war has only just begun)

Shocking standards.

Shocking standards. We’ve had nothing but trouble with Landmark Mortgages. You can’t trust them either. Rude, obnoxious customer service staff. It’s pointless making complaints as nothing gets resolved. We will be changing mortgage providers ASAP.
