We would rate a “10”, if possible. Our experience with L&M was nothing less than excellent, from the selection/sales process, to installation, and after care! Our representative, John Gaines, provided the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and genuine interest in our complete satisfaction. He truly gave more than what was expected. The installers did a beautiful job, and though our stairwell isn’t “square”, they came back out to adjust the pattern so it has the illusion of being square. We love our new carpet!

My wife and I recently did a kitchen/breakfast area renovation – new cabinets, granite countertops, dishwasher and luxury vinyl tile flooring. Although the flooring was the final part of the work, we went to L&M Carpet One early on, as we had had them do work on 3 previous occasions – all with excellent results! We met with Angie and she was very knowledgeable and anxious to help us from the beginning. Our concern was to make sure the flooring was the right “look” and color for the cabinets and granite. Angie was great in offering suggestions for the floor and even came over to see the project to give us recommendations on the type of vinyl tile, as well as the addition of grouting to enhance the overall look. Kelly (one of the design folks at L&M) also came along to offer her perspective. The entire selection process was very thorough – always making sure that WE were pleased with the selection. On the install day, Jimmy (L&M installer) arrived right on time and did the necessary prep work and started laying the tile – BEAUTIFUL work! The next day he returned and finished up the grouting and baseboard trim work – DONE! We are pleased way beyond our expectations and the floor really complements the cabinetry and granite. Now we are in the process of selecting tile for a back splash and Angie is right there to help us through the “final touch” to our new kitchen! Misty and entire team went beyond to quickly schedule work in order to get my parent's house on the market as they both had strokes and needed to be moved to assisted living. Renovating a dated house was challenging, but they did a fantastic job in updating the bathroom and utility room floors and provided a contact for another contractor to supplement additional work that needed to be coordinated with their install. Always professional, reliable, and provide quality work. Thanks team! House had 4 offers within 1 day of putting the house on the market.

I was very pleased with the work done by L & M Carpet. They removed my old carpet and put done wall to wall carpet in my bedroom. They were efficient and courteous. The entire staff especially Misty were very helpful in my picking out the carpet. I plan to employ them again to carpet my den.

Everything went smooth as silk. Laurel helped us choose color and fabric, we had to wait a month for the install, but it was worth it. The crew did a great job. We love our new carpet.

From start to finish, buying flooring from L&M was such an enjoyable experience. Misty goes out of her way to take time, explaining options, and following up. I ended up getting vinyl flooring for 2 rooms. Matt scheduled the installation and all went according to timetable I was promised. Steve, John, and Vic were the installers. They arrived on time, worked non-stop, and finished both rooms in one day! They were polite, professional, and cleaned up everything. My husband and I have had many home additions and renovations done over the past several years, and this went smoother than any of them. I just can't say enough positive things about L&M. They are the best!

we had a great experience with L&M. The variety of flooring is expansive and the prices are good. Our sales rep was very good and kept in touch with us about each stage of getting our floors replaced.
The guys that came to install the floor did a fantastic job. we were so impressed that they were able to get both layers of linoleum up and then fixed the floor underneath before installing the new linoleum. Our kitchen and laundry room look so great. The finishing touches make it look so clean.

Although the sales people were nice, I did not feel they were very helpful. I was told to check websites to see what I wanted instead of them helping me to make choice. When I asked questions about the difference in carpet brands they kept steering me to their brand w/o answering my questions. My salesperson was on vacation so the product was not ordered until she got back delaying my getting on their schedule. Creative Remodeling did a great job and Mike did a wonderful job on laying the tile. The job is beautiful but the front end experience very disappointing.

I am extremely pleased with L & M. When I first walked in I didn't know exactly what I wanted or needed but was greeted by Cathy Perkins one of their Sales Consultants. Over the following weeks she worked with me and helped me make the right choices for my particular needs and budget. I am very well satisfied and do not hesitate to recommend L & M to anyone regarding their flooring needs. I will be returning in the near future to talk with them concerning additional decoration needs for my new home.
