I have used L & M Carpet One Floor several times and each time I have been thoroughly pleased. Everyone was so helpful and ready to please. Starting with coming to our home to measure to the installation. Our salesperson, Misty, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The installers did an excellent job. I would recommend L & M every chance I get.

Installation was done on schedule and very professionally. Pleasant and competent installers and salesman who was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what to do. Terms of the contract were followed and no problems of any kind encountered. A very satisfying experience!

After getting the quote and paying for more than half the amount, three weeks passed and they never got back with me to set up a date to do the work. I got a refund and found someone else to do the work for 1/4th the cost.
