Terrific service from purchase to installation!

Thanks to Misty, Matt and everyone else at L & M Carpet!! Misty was so helpful in suggesting the perfect carpet within our budget. We love it and definitely would use them again. We loved supporting a local business.

I had a great experience working with Carpet one and the Installer. Matt at Carpet One was very responsive and professional once I decided to go with Carpet One for my job. The floors look beautiful and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone of my family or friends.

The work was done in a timely manner and was done professionally.
This was not the first time we had used L & M Carpet One. They have
installed carpet, vinyl flooring, ceramic floor and now Armstrong's new Alterna engineered stone flooring in our kitchen. We are very pleased.
L & M Carpet One will back up their work. That is very important.

The men repairing our floor were outstanding - worked hard to get the fix just right. Scheduling them on the other hand was a huge hassle - could not get anyone to return my repeated phone calls. Took weeks to get the necessary repairs completed.

After a flood in my kitchen that ruined several floors, I had asked a friend where to go to have the flooring fixed. He recommended L&M flooring with recommedation of specific type of vinyl that was reasonably priced and had not been found in any other locations that he frequented. I was greeted by Misty and she took me to that section of the store and immediately assisted with ideas of how it could be used and allowed me to take three samples to my home to see it in the products in my environment . Before I left the store she had estimates available and also recommended other folks to help with projects that L&M would not be able to service.
She even recommended ways that would help me save money using their own service that allowed for the cost to be covered by my homeowner's insurance had allotted to me. This assistance allowed me to purchase and have installed an additional area that was not covered by my homeowner's insurance and now I have a completed look. L&M has such a wide selection of products that I was able to get a laminate hard wood look and vinyl all in one stop and both were installed as they had appointments available that were convenient for my schedule. L& M's installers were very courteous and efficient they even assisted with things that I didn't think I would be able to do on my own. The final product is gorgeous and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I can certainly say that the renovations that they assisted me with have added much needed value to my home.

After major flooding in our house, we had enough with contractors, what was suppose to be a 4 week remodel of our master bath turned into a 3 month repairs from our second floor all the way through the basement. Laurel Stegman from L&M Carpet One could not have been more helpful. She worked tirelessly with my wife and they installed all the carpet in our house in less then 2 days. The installers were outstanding both for the carpet and vinyl installation. Laurel has a passion for her job and desire to make sure the customer is happy.

I came to L&M Carpet under difficult circumstances and needed the floor replaced in one of my bedrooms. Laurel Stegman treated my situation with the utmost compassion and helped me take care of getting the floor replaced. I had used L&M several times in the past and were always very pleased with the Customer Service that I received from them. When my husband and I bought our home in May, the entire house needed new flooring. At the recommendation of my Realtor (loved him, so don't hold this against him), we used Carpet America to put hardwood throughout the home with the exception of one bedroom. There were flaws in several pieces of the wood and after several, and I do mean several phone calls, they sent someone to evaluate. The first installer to come "fixed" the problem with wood putty. There were several boards that were split. I called to tell them that this wasn't acceptable as I had paid almost $10,000 for the floor. They "agreed" to replace 4 boards, but indicated they were doing me a favor and were quite rude about it. The 2nd installer came, but did not alot enough time to replace four boards, so only replaced 1. He said he would call me back in 2 weeks to come back and finish. He never came, nor did he call. At that point I refused to call them back. My husband passed away in December, and the floor in the one bedroom needed to be replaced and I did not want to go back to Carpet America, I went in to L&M with the hopes that they carried the same wood, They DID. Laurel and Morris came out and measured and I asked them if they could also fix Carpet America's mess. They were happy to help me. The floor was completed today and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Moral of the story is that I will never go to anyone but L&M for flooring again. In my previous home they completely replaced my kitchen floor under warranty after 10 years. They are the best and their customer service is superb.

They did a good job. Missed some places when cleaning up, the office should have called to tell us they would arrive a couple of hours late.

I used L&M Carpet One during a recent remodel of 5 rooms and 2 hallways in my home. I selected 3 flooring types – hardwood, carpet, and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) planks. Everyone I interacted with at L&M was friendly and professional. My salesperson, Misty, was great from beginning to end, treating my project as personal as if it were her own. During the selection process, she was very patient, she listened, and answered all my questions. Misty continued with me through the entire process, giving me a contact person for any questions or items that came up along the way. She was very responsive and always calm and professional. Brian did a great job on the installation of the hardwood and LVT, with multiple other subcontractors working around him at the same time. The carpet install guys did a great job, too. This was my second time using L&M Carpet One and will not be the last. I look forward to working with them again soon as I continue the process of updating my home. My new flooring looks great!

the installers were great, the salesperson was wonderful. no one likes having new flooring put in their house, but the everything went as planned.

I am so impressed with this company! I was determined to shop locally and and have been aware of L & M's community involvement for years - both important to me. Angie was extremely helpful and did everything possible to answer questions and quell my concerns. All of the workers were very professional - shout out to Jimmy's and Randy's teams!! I will not hesitate to return!!!!

Cathy at L and M carpet was extremely helpful and patient as I chose carpet for our new home. She was also very knowledgable of the products. The installers did a great job, were careful with our furniture, and were able to get 4 bedrooms and the stairwell done in less than a day. Overall a great experience.

L&M has been our choice for flooring for years. All personel have been courteous and helpful. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns. We consider them a reputable, reliable company .

We were certain we wanted to go local when putting carpet through our entire house. Angie Jordan was our salesperson and not only was she knowledgeable and helpful, she wasn't pushy!!! Finally, someone who isn't pushy or trying to get you to buy things you don't need! I don't know the name of the 2 guys who installed our carpet, but they were punctual, friendly, and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend this company!

Our experience with the purchase and installation of our kitchen back splash was exceptional! The installation was completed ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise. The installer was very pleasant, professional, and informative. He took the time to tell us how to take care of our back splash and even our ceramic tile floors, which were not a part of the purchase. What a great company and installer! We highly recommend L & M and will use them again in the future.

Angie was so helpful to me! As a matter of fact, she is the best saleswoman in this company! She was so kind and courteous to me, and on top of things by being on point with EVERYTHING, from showing me different samples to a follow up call to make sure that I was happy with my purchase afterwards! I have dealt with a lot of salesmen/women in my life, but Angie is by far the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with! She is the only one that has ever called me after my purchase to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase!!! Not once at anytime, did I feel like I was just another sale to her. I felt more like was one of my family helping me make the purchase! And if I ever need anything else you will be the only one that I deal with there, you have a customer for life! I would definitely recommend Angie to anyone and everyone going to L&M Carpet to talk to her! This woman knows her stuff and is prepared and will treat you like her family! I want to thank you so much for not only making my home beautiful, but for treating like a person and not a sale!
