Only replied to my search for a title register after 2 weeks of waiting. Not able to contact other than in an anonymous email address. When I then applied for the title plan and again had to chase they just refunded me and gave no explanation, nor did they answer my emails. Wish I’d gone direct to LR

I ordered the title register and plan for a field which I didn't have the title number for, at 11pm last night (Friday). They were delivered by email at around 1pm today (Saturday). I made the mistake of looking at the reviews on Trustpilot which made me second guess the company. I'm very impressed and would recommend the service I received to anyone.

Do not fall for this, use Gov.uk instead where you can get the same info for £3. I too had the same experience as detailed in this review ....

If I could give this company no stars then I would. Please avoid at all costs. Paid for a service that they do not provide, have sent two emails and yet no response. Will be complaining to Trading Standards.

Paid £17.90 £17 thinking I was on the HM land registry site. Three months on, no service, no response to my email asking what was going on. Best to search carefully for the genuine Land Registry site where the fee is only £3.
I am happy to say that when I subsequently sent a snotty email demanding the service I had paid for, or a refund, with the threat of reporting the site to the appropriate authorities as a scam, I got a full refund.

Scammers, Use these for title deeds. They take your money and run!! Beware!!!

Do not use. I have unfortunately paid for title deeds and plans and received nothing. I did not realise it was not the government website initially until I received no response. I have chased them on the email they give for order queries but have not received any response. Do not waste your money.

This is a SCAM. They did not send the search results in the advertised 10 minutes - or at all. Their order enquiry email address is invalid and I am left £29.94 poorer with nothing to show. Shameful.

Paid for this so called service trying to find out information on my rental property boundaries to only receive a picture highlighted in red outlines, no information as to which side of the property I am responsible for.
Very misleading website so please avoid. I have asked for a refund several times with no reply!!!

This misleading website is trying to make it look like it is HM Registry. It charged us over £17.00 for information about a boundary fence blown down in the wind. Yes, they have covered their backs in the small print of their disclaimer, but it is wrong for a company to do this. The same information only costs £3.00 on the H M Register Government website. Do not allow them to get away with this sort of thing. Please post a review wherever you can to inform others about what they are doing. I will be posting reviews all over the internet. This kind of service needs to be stopped.

I ordered the title plan documents for my house as I wanted to see which fences I owned in my garden. I was ripped off paying nearly £20 for the SAME document I brought on the GOV website (which didn't even show what I needed). I have emailed them three times for a refund and never heard back. SCAMMER website BUYER BEWARE.

I was in a rush and I got mugged by this site too! I got my documents but as others have stated, you can get them from the govt. site for £3 each. Although to be fair (and why I have to reluctantly give them 2 stars) their site is easier to use. Not worth the premium though.
If you want the govt site, then google "Search for land and property information" and they should be the first link - the ad for this place didn't pop up when I tested it but be careful, its a gov.uk site that you are looking for.

I accident used this website and total agree with most of the other 1 star comments. Google should not let it do ad there.
I paid £17.94 for a title search, I thought it's a genuine land registry government webiste, then I quickly realise it's not, it could not get the real time result and the worse is later it went to the wrong address:
I was looking for one at Stonesby Avenue,
Leicester (LE2 6SP). but it shows me another at Wicklow Drive, Leicester LE5 4RB.
I suggest every one should use the genuine land registry website. it only costs £3 and you can get the accurate information straightaway.

It's not a defamatory post, it's a cheated one who just ask for justice here.

Thinking it was the genuine Land Registry government website I paid £14.95 for a Title Plan but quickly realised I had the wrong address to be searched. I immediately sent an e mail cancelling my request and asking for a refund, only to receive the plan some c.15 hours later with no reference to my cancellation or a refund. I have now established that a plan from the genuine Land Registry website would cost only £3. Would not and could not recommend this company to anyone - to the contrary!

Defamatory comments posted by people on this platform cause severe damage to our reputation. We will seek damages for unfounded defamatory.

It is not acceptable in our view that users of this public platform can post highly defamatory comments about a business/company without Trustpilot seeking any proof that they have in fact used their services and can evidence a failure of a service.

We will be seeking the details of the people who have posted defamatory comments about our company from Trustpilot.

I have seen the above message several times .... If you take money, do nothing for it and do not respond to emails - after 2 months, then please do something about this incredibly poor service. Inform me on how I get my fee refunded in order to place my query elsewhere. Many thanks, Steve.

Disgusting. Paid my money ended up in a communication loop. Can't keep providing my address for postage. You still have my money.
Why haven't you posted the documents?
I agree with other reviews a total scam.
