BEWARE SCAMMERS
Rubbish all I got was a email who owns the house and what year I bought it and how much I paid and they charged me £14.95 I knew all that. I should have done what I always do check out on trustpilot but thinking it was a government company I trusted it. Beware take your money and probably think another silly fool.
Absolute scam.
Absolute scam.. l could have drawn the map of where my house is myself!!
After advertising that they would show boundaries and where the T marks are
I eventually ( having emailed them again) received a plan of houses in the area… no boundaries, T marks NOTHING !! Please don’t waste your money on this rubbish scam site
Quick and accurate service
Received information within half an hour -genuine HM Land Registry documents. Yes, they are more expensive than HM Land Registry, but they were unable to provide the information. Not a scam, they have a disclaimer saying they are not affiliated to HM Land Registry
I have been scammed by this gang
I have been scammed by this gang. I did receive the documents but at a price far in excess of the official GOV site. Now it looks as though other people are ordering documents using my Land Registry login.
Aaaarrrrrggghhhh!!. Total frustration.
I have just received a refund
I have just received a refund? I sent them an email stating that I would speak to CAB and Trading standards, I also mentioned about contacting BBC scam program. I have received the documents and a refund.
What a turn around.
Poor Service
Sent 2 enquiries, received 2 receipts and an email saying they could not find the site without more information. Replied to the email and sent maps, grid references etc and have received nothing in 12 days. No telephone number to call to enquire or raise issues.
Total scam
Total scam - the only thing they ever sent me was a receipt , never answered any email sent to them , No head office address , no phone number on their website - I sent four emails over a couple of days asking for the promised deeds - had to get a bank chargeback for the money, avoid the thieves like the plague.
I notice further down the comments from Landregistrytitledeeds ...that they pursue defamatory comments ....I give my permission for trust pilot to release my details to them , and I will see them in court ...
AVOID THIS WEBSITE!
AVOID THIS WEBSITE!
After paying the £29.95 we have not received any of the information we have asked for! Total waste of time and money. They never responded to any of our messages and there is no phone number to call. Trying to get a refund after this appalling service.
Accidentally clicked on this site…
Accidentally clicked on this site believing it was the govt website....and paid for a search, to be honest I thought oh dear, maybe its not going to reply quickly. Despite repeated emails through its 'contact us' email (note there is no phone number!) I am yet to receive a reply. I would like a refund but its probably unlikely. BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU CLICK!
No “T” on Title plan
Got the title plan that should of included the “T” to show boundary
ownership.
NOTHING!!
Just the red line.
Sent numerous e mails to ask them to help me.
NOTHING!!
Dreadful scammers
Dreadful scammers, paid almost £30 for title register and tittle plan and received nothing..Also if they had sent them it is day-light-robbery as that's its very cheap on the official Land Registry website.
I've ordered that to help a friend who doesn't have internet, so I now have to pay him back!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I left a review of this company and it was taken down. I am dealing with Trustpilot to find out why. Go to the gov.uk website for land-registry. Make sure you get the official government one where you can get the deeds for £3
I would not use this company. See that they have a terrible rating.

Unfortunately it looks like I've been scammed by these too.
1 response 2 weeks after payment asking for more info which o gave. Now, 3 months later after I've sent 6 emails, still no reply, which is what has brought me here to realise it common.
They need to be investigated.
UPDATE
** They must have seen this review because I have just had them emailed to me. Unfortunately this was after I went to the official government web site and paid £6 there.**
Paid for service. Got no response. AVOID
I paid for their service to find out the name of the landowner of a property once owned by my late father.
I got nothing other than a receipt for the payment I made. I followed up with emails to their help desk but no further response. Their website is cleverly designed and plausible and comes 1st when doing a Google search. TAKE CARE. AVOID,
Yup… got caught out by these guys too
