The service is terrible.
I sent clearly marked area and they sent me the wrong title deeds after waiting a week and now won’t respond to any of my emails.
Can’t seem to find a phone number to contact them on.
Complete waste of time and money !

This website is a scam. Never use this website. Use the .gov website to aquire any title deeds. It will be a fraction of the price and provide a better service.

A search to identify whether a field is registered proved difficult and costly by other means; this company completed the search and sent me the Title Register and Filed Plan on the same day as I ordered at 09.45, they sent a question at 16.10 by email, I answered at 16.27 and they sent the required documents by email at 16.58. Meanwhile I was alarmed by the recent reviews and had little confidence they would deliver - but in reality they did and deserve 5 stars from me.

This company took money from us for a land enquiry several months ago, and we have heard nothing back from them other than an immediate email to say that the order had been received and a receipt will be emailed to us, which it never was.

We have contacted the company since then, but they have ignored our emails. There is no other way of contacting them. Crooks!

Just been given the same details as i already had for 3 pounds from the gov website.

Can only agree with the rest of the reviews. SCAM. Paid £17.95 for title deeds, never received them and no replies to any emails. How are they still trading???? How do you take them down??? DO NOT USE!!!!!

UPDATE: 15.1.34…. Landregistrytitledeeds have the unbelievable audacity to reply to my review and accuse this of being defamatory. Send me the title deeds I applied and paid for and I will update my review again. I reiterate, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN IGNORE YOU!!!

Paid for service, didn't recieve what I paid for. I tried to contact them by two different email contacts listed. Both bounced back as undelivered! Wish I had checked the company out, I ordered in a rush......absolute scammers!

***Edit*** wow you've actually replied to this! Well that's a miracle as you've not replied to any of my emails as you're uncontactable! Also, it's disgusting you take people's money without providing them with the service they've paid for, I've sent all my proof to my bank fraud team!!

100% Scam. I didn't check Trustoilot reviews prior to ordering. Avoid it if you can.

I ordered landregistry details for my property on 17th October 2022
I have received a reply via email from this company nor have I received the title deeds that I paid for.
This company has to closed down as they taking money from Innocent people.
Thay have to be stopped.

This company is a scam, do not pay for their services as you will end up having to claim your money back via your card dispute team which is time consuming. Landregistrytitledeeds.co.uk will take payment from your card and you will hear no more from them. I did not received an order number or a confirmation. I have not received the title register and title plan I have paid for and the only way you can contact this company is via email, which they do not reply to. I have since found out that the service I have paid this company £29.94 for and not received is available from the official government land registry website for £6.00. You just need to make sure you are on the official website rather than one of the many websites available that are trying very hard to make it look like you are on the official website.

Actually they deserve less than one star. Again its not until you have entered the request you find its not the site you thought it was. I was sent a plan that is dated (I assume by the stamp) 7/90, so I am guessing that is July 1990. It shows buildings that have disappeared and only half of the land I wanted to look at. What I paid £17+ can be bought from the Gov website for £3. Interesting to find that they are not a company registered at Companies Hse., so just another bunch of scammers. I emailed them straight away to tell them the document was useless and not to take my money (it was still pending) but the toerags took it anyway. Looks like they are in Darwen, Lancs? Do not use and report to Trading Standards please.

Received today a reply claiming my review of October was "defamatory". To be such means that my review was dishonest, so I ask this shocking outfit to detail that in public. I will also add that seemingly, your words are threatening and any (implied) legal action action would be welcome if only to see your face!! I paid my money and didn't receive what I had asked for. End of.

This is an updated review as I note the comment about defamatory comments and I am not one to cause harm to the reputation of an honest company. I have a screenshot which says my order placed, my credit card shows the transaction and I have the emails to customer services that no one responded to. I never received a receipt or acknowledgement of my order or the deeds, yet the money for the deeds left my account. If it was an error then please contact me directly and I will remove my review.

I assumed I was dealing with the official land registry authority. Their mapping tool for identifying the site I was interested in, worked well, so, without hesitation I paid the £29 requested. I became suspicious when the promised receipt for payment did not arrive to my email. And more so as there's been no response to my further queries. Then I checked the reviews and I realise now I've been scammed, just like everyone else. How can rip off merchants like this be allowed to remain online? And why does PayPal continue to support them?

Shocking company. I paid £24 for title deed and plan on a house. I gave the SGL number and address BUT they got back to me saying they could not identify the house. So I gave more info but no come back yet I paid £24.00 .... nb if you need a title deed contact government body landregistry.co.uk and it cost £3 per title .....

This is a scam company and they do not exists. Once payment is taken they won't do any work, ignore emails and phone calls. I am just another victim of their fraud.
As you can see 95% feedbacks are negative.

They should be banned from the internet, no response to emails, and if you phone them you hold in a queue and then get cut off.

Landregistry took my money, never supplied ordered data, never answered emails or answered the phone. FACTS!
Land Registry are fully in denial about their failings

DO NOT USE. I did by mistake thinking it was the official site and the charge was 6x more £29.94 against £6. I then can cancelled 10 mins later as per their t&cs and heard nothing. Paypal refunded after I disputed the transaction.. Don’t delay cancel and escalate. Note cancellation email address is a different address.

Beware, this is a SCAM, so do not use this company under any circumstances. I thought I was using the HM Land Registry website but it's actually a private commercial site that takes your money but provides absolutely nothing, no communication, no order acknowledgement, no documents.... NOTHING. I complained to PayPal the next day and received a full refund from them after 10 days. I'm surprised PayPal has anything to do with this bogus company. Use the true HM Land Registry website at GOV.CO.UK where you'll get the real official documents at a much cheaper price.

In January 2023 I received a threatening response from landregistrytitledeeds complaining about "defamatory comments about our company on Trustpilot". I have documented proof that they failed to deliver on my order for documents, failed to respond to emails and that published phone numbers didn't work. I filed a dispute with PayPal who attempted to contact the company but received no response. Subsequently PayPal refunded my payment to landregistrytitledeeds when the seller did not respond.

Therefore I stand by my original review, which was justified and well deserved.
