refund from PayPal! As I opened a claim, they'd looked into what I told them and through links
I sent them to the site, and they refunded me the £17.95 I paid for basically a black and white picture of the street I live in!! Oh they'd drawn with yellow marker a square around my property!(anyone could see more on Google maps etc) That's it really just another short description of the date it was sold! Outrageous money scheme, don't fall for it make sure you use the official land registry! (add on to my review) Many months after I posted this I stand by it.! You say this review is unfounded and defamatory? It is not!
you charge £17.00 for an image that anyone could find on the net! I received an highlited outline of my house from a Street plan That's it! Your website is deceiving, you purposefully made it look like "official land registry" and I stupidly fell for it! Don't touch this. This is a scam. They sell Title Deeds for £17.61 which could be obtained from the official government website for just £3.00. This is the only country a scam company can get away with such exorbitant charge to unsuspecting customers.
When you search Title Deed their website displays at the top with a unsuspecting title. I hope the Google will place the government website at the top and ban this website completely.

We are not a scam. We provide official documents and searches which are not available to the general pubic directly via the HM Land Registry website. Office copies of Title Registers and Title Plans are readily available (£3.00 each) to the general public via the HM Land Registry website - official copies are not.

We provide an online service which enables the general public to quickly access official conveyancing documents and searches which are not readily available to them via the HM Land Registry website; such as official copies of Title Registers, Title Plans, Leases, Transfers, Conveyances, Index Map searches and so on.
We are a long established company with a large client base; which is testament to our outstanding levels of customer service.
A client has recently contacted us having come across this review/comment page through a google search - they thought we should be made aware of the comments.

Unscrupulous scam site
Not quite sure how this company is still being allowed to trade and dupe people into thinking it's legitimate. As too many others have said it does not deliver the documents it advertises. Then they fail to respond to messages. Fortunately I paid with Paypal and have managed to get a refund through them. Go through the official government website where you will get all the available documents for £3.

They're a scam. Take your money, then don't deliver and don't respond to email contact. Avoid.
EDIT. As they're now asking for 'proof' I was a customer, keep your emails etc (as I had). Thankfully my refund was sorted out by Paypal (who they didn't respond to either).
EDIT: Further updated this review - I won’t be bullied by this organisation who after many months have started to respond aggressively to reviews left by genuine customers who’ve had their money taken and not had the requested goods delivered. They should be ashamed.

I stupidly paid nearly £18 for a document that I could of got for £3 direct from the GOV site and obtained quicker and easier.
10 minute service they say. 2 days later I send an-email asking for the information or my money back or I would put in a claim. Suprisingly 26mins later I got my information!
