This website is a scam, do not use! They do not give you what you paid for. As others have said, order your docs from the official land registry website. Luckily I managed to get chargeback from PayPal and got my money back.

This is a terrible service
This is a terrible service. Having pinpointed using map search they sent me title deeds and plans to a property NEXT to the search point (both of which I already have).
They do not reply to repeated emails and do not provide the service they offer. AVOID

I over paid by £15 and received a useless document that doesn’t show what I needed.
Better off going direct with hm land registry. They charge £3 and it’s immediately available.
Also they say the document it £14.95 then when you check out it’s almost £18 as they add taxes on that they don’t tell u about. AWFUL COMPANY

No receipt but got the info I asked for within 30 minutes.
Unfortunately no receipt came through as it should so I also thought I'd been stupid by using them, nothing in spam or junk folders either. However, the documents came through within 30 minutes giving me the details I couldn't get easily elsewhere as I was searching for the owners of a bit of land.
Please send out receipts, it would have stopped me worrying!!!

COMLETE SCAM - do not use this site
I thought this site was legitimate but it is NOT. Do NOT use because it is a complete SCAM. I contacted them via email to cancel my order and they totally ignored my request and they don't respond to my emails, if you ring them, they don't answer. I have lost over £29.00 and am annoyed that I was taken in by this company. As other people have said, if you go to the government website it will cost you a fraction of the cost and you can rely on the information. They are ripping people off by having their site address to look like a land registry official site. I refuse to open the PDF's they have sent me via email because I don't trust them. I will be taking this further, this is as good as fraud!

What a SCAM!
Had a query with an order. No contact details on the website that work. Can get the details from the official Land Registry website for a fraction of the price. After looking on Companies House I had to search out the contact names of Emily & John who never replied.
Follow-up: recently checked this review and it had been altered to a positive one! Don’t know if done by TrustPilot or another - but users beware!

You can get the same information yourself via the UK government Land Registry website for £3 NOT £18! When I emailed to cancel my order this was ignored along with subsequent emails and no one to answer their phone.

Don't use this service it is daylight robbery and they do not reply to email and have no telephone number listed.
Use the official Government Land Registry portal an obtain your documents for £3.95 instead of £17.94. They add 20% tax on to your purchase of price of £12.95 and I can see no mention of the VAT registration on the website or receipt.
Basically they take an order for £12.95 + £2.00 (not sure what the £2 was for then add £2.99 (tax) all for a document you can obtain yourself for £3.95.

On the website it says you can have information on several things about property. I received a drawing and nothing else.
My property is registered but LR haven’t got any information digitally available. Followed their instruction to send name and address so far NOTHING !
So nearly 36 quid down the drain

I paid £29 for title register and plan, after 7 days of hearing nothing I chased it up to be told they had sent it within an hour of me ordering (I checked all folders nothing received except PayPal receipt) so they sent docs again, absolute waste of time and money, quality of info severely lacking, I could've got the plan online for free, no detail at all. Use the official gov.uk search-property-information-land-registry only £3 each search. Had I realised this was a scam company I would never have used.

DO NOT TRUST! Shocking service, I didn't get what I paid for. Doesn't respond to emails.
I needed land and title deeds, didn't know exact address of property so decided to go through this website. It said it was £19 for both documents, when I paid it came to £25. I was confused as it was for digital documents and required no postage, but paid. I never recieved email confirmation of purchase. Chased them up, asked about the extra charge, didn't respond to that but emailed me land deeds. I emailed again and asked for title deeds, never recieved. Emailed again asking for title deeds again or partial refund. Has never responded. It's been weeks. Shocking service, I would not trust them. I've learned a lesson.
