For what they charge and what you get for your £18, I'd give them a big wide berth. Next to useless

Overpriced and insufficient information
Overpriced, less informative in the documents. It is a total rip-off.Strongly advice to avoid this website.
Go directly to HM LAND registry service and order the documents.

Complete scam. One star is too many!
Received the plan but it was 50 years old. No use whatsoever. The plot has been broken up several times during that period. Also it didn't provide the detailed information suggested on it's website. No reply via phone or e-mail.

Ditto below. Never received plan - emails ignored. Don’t use.

This site is a scam
This site is a scam, it quotes getting documents in an hour, but I have not received any. It charged £42 for something I could have got for £6 had google not placed their ad above the official HM GOV.UK site. They have not responded to my emails to reimburse my money - do not use this company

I thought it was good but...
The website tells you that it will give you certain things in the documents (ie. Easements) but it doesn't in any of the documents. You pay to find out it is a lie and then they don't respond to your multiple emails to put it right.
I would be giving a 5* review if they had actually given me what was promised on the website when I paid.

Was reading these reviews thinking what…
Was reading these reviews thinking what an idiot when I received an email with the PDF of the property deeds. This was less than 10 minutes after placing the order.
Still feel a little silly as I didn't notice it was an 'AD' site and I should have gone to the .gov website but they sent me what I asked for.
Documents recieved
Thought this was a scam, no receipt of payment arrived. But then requested documents were received ok.
Scam
Similar experiences to other users. Having paid for title deed, received no receipt following the order. Payment was taken but no title deed supplied. Follow up emails ignored. Avoid.
Edit: In response to the comment from the company, I can evidence my payment to the company and follow up email, to prove I used the service. The comment is not defamatory given it relates to a true experience and I feel your aggressive response to this review over 2 years after I wrote it, suggesting my review is fictitious rather than discussing any resolution, further supports your very poor level of professionalism and customer service.

I wish I had read the reviews first. Absolutely waste of money and time. This company should be ashamed of themselves. AVOID

Scam merchants - do not touch!!
I ordered a title plan which, according to their website, was supposed to show who was responsible for which boundary. The drawing which arrived showed nothing of the sort - just a red outline!
THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST SCAM MERCHANTS.
HM Land Registry will provide just what I need and at less than half the price. OK you have to deal by snail-mail but at least you get courtesy and the answers you need.

Regarding their reply
Thought I was too on the ball to get scammed but these con merchants come up on a google search first. Google should be ashamed of themselves- aren't they earning enough money without facilitating scammers. AVOID they are nothing to do with the land registry who provide the same service at a fraction of the price. Just had a reply from them after 2 years threatening legal action for defamation. To be clear - they charge a fee for information that can be obtained at a fraction of the price from the Official Land Registry. Their name is deliberately similar to the Land Registry and they obviously pay Google to insert their name at the top of the search list when one enters the Land Registry search. Google should be ashamed of themselves as they know what is going on and that their customers are being ripped off. Hope that clarifies the situation.
Just to add - I can provide evidence that I have used their services and that it appears at the top of the Google search list and that it costs a lot more than the identical Land Registry info.

STOP THINK and use HM LAND REGiSTRY.
If you want information 32 years out of date this is the site for you. I received a plan dated 1988. This company is not even retrieving current information from HM Land Registry. Not even a decent misrepresentation!

Statement of fact
Paid for title deeds, nothing received, wouldn't respond to emails. In the end claimed money back from credit card

No reply, service not delivered!
I ordered once and got my title deeds the day after, but then I have emailed many times since and also ordered another and have had nothing.
I feel like there is a possibility this website is a scam website and I would look for alternatives which I am now doing and working with Paypal for a refund.
