The two star is for price and quality. Unfortunately you will be very lucky to receive it anywhere near on time . This causes a massive issue as it’s all frozen you can’t order too far in advance or too near when you will need it as it could be a 2 week wait or next day or anything in between without warning. I’ve not reviewed before as this will just add the the other similar comments- Good luck !!!

Thank you for your comments. We are in your area weekly, however if you call and order on the day we are in your area we cannot deliver until the following week. I would suggest that you place your order by a Thursday and we can get you on the delivery for the following week. We are disappointed to hear you are not happy with the price and quality, as we pride ourselves on giving good quality product at a competitive price.

Great quality products.
The quality of the products is excellent however the stock control leaves something to be desired. If ordering online their system allows you order items that are no longer in stock when they pick the order. The last lot of bone shanks that we received were half the length of previous but the price was the same so effectively the price has doubled. I also don't agree that they take the money when ordering rather than just prior to dispatch. However their staff are always very friendly on the phone and have sorted out problems quickly.

We have been in contact with our supplier, regarding the Bone Shanks, and they are aware that what we are receiving is not acceptable and we should be back to where we were regarding size. With regards to the online stock issues and the item not being there when picking this is something that we are working extremely hard to rectify behind the scenes.

Landywoods have always given me good service.
I have been using them for three years and even when there has been supply problems ie Covid, HGV issues etc my dogs have never gone without.
