Quick and very efficient service thank you

I don't feed my dog raw. Well not quite yet but having a golden pyrenese who are known to have dental issues, I feed her bones. Raw of course.

Landywood are fantastic folks to deal with. Very quick to return messages online. Exceptionally helpful and very clean packaging.
Ruby thinks their products are good quality. Have to take her word for that though lol!
Not sure about the earlier negative reviews. One order did take a little bit of time but they were waiting for courier packaging. All other orders have came really quickly.

I have ordered from Landywood’s twice now and on both occasions quality of food and delivery has been great! I have to say, I do prefer the chubbs than the new packaging but I do appreciate it’s better recycling. I just finds chubbs a lot easier and they seems to defrost a lot quicker. Other than that, will continue using them. Two happy Boxers 😃

Sadly gone to the dogs. My first few orders came with no issues. Now it takes forever to receive the order. They are not keen on answering complaints because I am still waiting.
A good company going down the pan and I can't see them being around much longer.
The couriers are useless and just dumped it on the doorstep without knocking the door. But Apc reviews are terrible so only to be expected.
Such a shame because I thought I had found a company I could rely on.
Never mind plenty more good suppliers out there.

i use this only in extreme circumstances as they take so long to deliver but the meat is usally quite good but to keep customers they need to speed up delivery 14 days is ridiclous

Unfortunately the service has denigrated over the last couple of years, never deliver on time and always something missing from order. Quality of chicken carcasses, wings and chunky hearts now very poor.

I have only used Landywood twice so far.
In response to my first order, for pig pancreas, I received a nice email saying that as they would not be delivering in my area any time soon, my order would be sent by courier. I was pleased by this and offered to pay extra for carriage which was not taken up. Order for 4kg arrived in a polystyrene box and in good condition.
The second time I ordered 5kg on 20th March. An email arrived next day with a delivery date 3 weeks from my order date. I replied offering to pay for a faster service if it was possible. The reply said it could be sent by courier but I would need to increase the quantity ordered as it could not be guaranteed to stay frozen.
I then had to ask how much I would need for it to stay frozen. I followed that up replying that my first order of 4kg arrived frozen and in good condition.
I was then told that an order for 8kg would be ideal and I was happy to increase to that. I was pleased to be told when paying for the extra kilos that they understood pig pancreas orders had a necessary, medical urgency to them.
On 28th an email arrived apologising that they had been let down by their courier box supplier and were expecting delivery of those on 30th March.
I asked on 31st if the boxes had arrived.
On 1st the reply said the boxes would arrive that day.
On 7th an email arrived saying the order had been despatched.
8th April, we found the delivery on our doorstep, in full sun, and although we were at home the courier did not knock.
After all the emails above, it did not arrive packed in a polystyrene courier box. The contents were luckily only slightly thawed. The chunks do however appear paler and more grey than the previous shipment.
So, I have had quite a hot and cold experience so far! I will continue to order from Landywood as the product works wonders for my dog and I am hopeful that the good service will win over the ‘pulling teeth’ work I’ve had to put in to learn how to get my orders efficiently through the system.

Ordered 2 mixed boxes, first box contained 15 beef and two Turkey, of the new packages, can’t really call that mixed, second box had 23 of the old shaped but actually was a good mix. Will still be ordering again from Landywoods as my dogs like the food. Contacted Landywoods, but not had a reply yet.

Great product and excellent price always happy to help could do with more consistent delivery then would be 5 stars

Product choice delivery service and good communication

The meat delivered is the best quality, so I do not generally buy off anyone else. But cannot be sure the deliveries will come when they say, so have to go out and buy dog meat to feed the animals, until the order is delivered. Hoping that deliveries will improve.

Excellent service good food, the dogs love it. And i live the new packaging, so.much easier to stack in the freezer

Easy to deal with ,sales office very helpful, any problems will let you know if other arrangements need to be made

Great food, great team, delivery is a bit hit and miss but better than the rest at the moment. Dogs always love the food! What's on the label is what's in the product and can always trust their products.

Very helpful staff, great products at a reasonable price. Delivered on time by their own transport.

Always pleased with the product. But delivery almost never arrives on schedule often a week or more after your agreed delivery date. This becomes increasingly difficult to re scheduling another appointments
