I've used this company for almost 11 years. Over the last 2 years they have gradually got worse. Orders not delivered on the correct dates. Missed out completely for deliveries. Excuse after excuse. My dogs can't wait weeks to be fed. Price increases, box amounts increased. The personal touch has long gone. What a shame

Really great quality food that our dog loves and is really thriving on at a competitive price point. She lost weight when originally on natures menu and struggled to keep it on but thrives on the higher fat content of landywoods.

Love the ethos of the company and they even started using less packaging in our deliveries as we queried the old amount and maybe some other customers did too. Super impressed!

They have had a couple of wobbles with stock levels/slower deliveries but upon ringing them they resolved very quickly and couriered the delivery over on a next day delivery. As maybe they are getting popular/adapting to higher demand id advise its worth just making sure you order in good time before you run out to make sure you’re stocked up but our last few deliveries have been very prompt so maybe they are over the hump now.

My dogs love Landywoods food, one of them is sometimes on medication, and their website makes it easy to find the foods he can have at those times.
Very fast delivery using one of their own vehicles, even though it was after a sale weekend.
New style degradable, boxes are going to take some getting used to.

I’m up in Scotland and originally couldn’t get my order as their vans don’t come up this far. I spoke to a lovely woman called Dawn by e-mail who gave me the option to order more and they couriered everything up, ordered Sunday night and my order was here on Tuesday. Also top quality meat & offal that bandit loves and I for sure be ordering from them again. Thanks to Dawn and Linda for all your help

Started off to a wobbly start with these guys but has slowly but drastically improved.

Their quality is second to none. Had loads of issues with too much bone in the mixes with my previous suppliers (rhyms with FAF and Permingham War). These guys food is spot on.

The new packaging is also a great improvement and great to hear that they are doing their bit to care for the enviroment.

Landywoods had to overcome some struggles due to Covid and came back with a bang in my opinion. We can tell they are working super hard to rectify previous issues.
We are very grateful for their ongoing service, delivery is prompt and can be tracked. We are made aware of things that are out of stock as soon as possible and the quality of their products is great value for money!
Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Had really high hopes for this company and their product as it looked very good. Order took 2.5 weeks to arrive and heard nothing for the first 1.5 weeks.

Shona at customer service did then save the day with some good customer service. Seemed like she genuinely cared and was making every effort to sort the slow delivery out and make adjustments for our individual requirements.

Price is great and soon to test quality…

Good company struggling to keep some ungrateful.customers happy through these difficult times. Good quality meat ,their drivers are polite and helpful. They are coming back on track..give them.a break...

Awful. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. Got a message to say that the courier wasn't going to be in my area for about 2 weeks so they'd arranged for another courier to pick it up and it would be with me sooner.. Realised I'd made an error and messaged via their customer service.. no reply for ages. Finally got a reply and was told that I'd get the change I'd requested however the order remained the same on the form. The original courier date has come and gone.. and the order remained on "waiting for courier".. I've cancelled the order and requested a refund because I've managed to find elsewhere who does a better job. Shame as their products are good quality but if their ethics and customer service are anything to go by.. I dont know how they stay in business. My dog would have been starving if I'd relied on these shoddy services. I'll give them one positive, whenever I cancelled my order, they responded within the day and I've got my money back..

Paid over £10 for a 3 day delivery slot. 10 days later my order still had not left the shop.
Kept ignoring my correspondence and eventually refunded me without an explanation.

Working in the dog industry myself I will definitely not be recommend this business.
