wish I had read the reviews before I booked my flight with them I purchased flexible tickets but when i had to change my date they want nearly the same amount again that I paid for the tickets in the first place, lost nearly £200 to fly from Manchester to Southampton this company should be band from trading stay well away so now i am going to request a refund but I have a feeling its a waste of time

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY!!!! I recently booked a hotel through them and when I landed there the hotel could not find my reservation. No one even bothers to return emails/calls (even if they pick up).

I have been trying to get hold of LM.com for two months. They changed my flights by a whole 24 hours. I go online to send a cancellation request, it refers me back to online or my app. But yet again when I try to amend or cancel they tell me to call. I have referred to resolver, I have tried every online social media portal. I am getting no where! I just want to be able to try and email or speak to someone.

Never use their service. Still waiting for a refund from April 2020. They won't pick up the phone and no way to contact them through email. Thieves.

Disgraceful customer service, requiring a premium number for any contacts. Regret booking accommodation from this service...

If I could give less than one star, I would. They took my money and I had to find another hotel. They never answered the phones and there was an automatic reply to my email for which nothing was rectified. This is a scam

Thieves and liars! I wouldn’t give them 1 *. They’ve had my refund from the airline for nearly 12 weeks, and when I phone all I get is “your refund is in process” The company are thieves and their agent’s liars. Do not use! Has anyone had any success getting past their customer service agents?

The worst travel company I've ever experienced.If you have any problems they are impossible to contact. Avoid at all costs.

They advertise free cancellation but Don’t expect to get your refund and when you call to ask , you get treated like s$@t for asking your money back, wow what a joke

Extremely poor customer service. Flights got cancel hotel could provide proof I did not stay and would not give any discount. Even though I did not stay 1 night they would not budge on even a reduction in spend. DONT USE THIS SERVICE.

This company is a scam. I book 2 nights, they charged me for it, 15 min after I cancel on line because the hotel was too far away that I was going. They say it's cheaper but it's not it's the same price.
They took my money and they reimburse only one night, they say they charge one night when we cancel but nothing say when you book that they will charge you one night for cancellation. Don't use this company.

Booked a room in Las Vegas at a 5-star hotel at a price that was too good to be true. Nowhere in the email, on the reservation voucher, or in any fine print I could find does it even hint at the fact that once you get to the hotel they will charge you an extra $45 resort fee on top of what you already paid through LMT. Shame on Google for partnering with such a shady company.

Found a hotel in city I was travelling to that evening. Last minute travel popped up with cheap price via Google Travel. Looked legit. All set right? WRONG! Get to hotel at midnight, try to check in, they say they have reservation but the credit card LMT provided to pay for reservation (after charging my credit card) was rejected. Tried to call LMT help number, no one answered. So I had to make and pay for my own reservation at higher rate. Tried calling next day, on hold for 1/2 hour with no pickup. Sent detailed email to LMT asking for refund for my unpaid for reservation, 5 days later no response. Had to call credit card company to dispute charge. TOTAL SCAM! Do not trust these people.

Booked through Google, only to find out it was actually through LMT. After the stay, had separate charges from both LastMinuteTravel and the hotel. Called the hotel to say they shouldn't have charged me, they responded that LMT had not provided payment, so I am responsible and to call LMT. Was on hold for 1/2 hour before having to hang up due to other responsibilities. Surpised that Google allows such a disreputable company operate under their name.

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COST! THE WORST! I was booking a flight and clicked on proceed with payment and I was added an insurance I've never even seen in my basked until the last minute. As a European consumer, I know that I have 14 days to change my opinion on any purchase and they give you a number to call and try to cancel, but charge you for it - even if it's within the first 24 hours. HORRIBLE SERVICE, never, never again!

Cancelled my booking only a couple of hours after booking as they said “free cancellation policy”. I received a message saying return of funds being processed, but not received the money. I called the hotel I had cancelled, they said they had not received any money from the company and so lastminute.com holds all of my funds. When I rang them they said they don’t know how long it will be to return my money as the hotel has to give them the money back………but no money was ever sent to the hotel.
I am now taking the matter up with my credit card company as this site is obviously fraudulent!

Cancelled hotel reservation I made through this Scam site. The Hotel waived the fee, BUT Last Minute Travel KEPT the money ! BEWARE!

Made a booking on their site with a cancel or modify any time option. 20 minutes after I made the booking I saw that I didn’t have time for a PCR test. Rang them straight away, they said no and sort it with the airline. The airline says sort it with last minute. We’ve told them that we’re travelling to see our mum whom has got only a few months to live. I wish you could be more helpful in getting this refunded, changed or what ever we just need to go on our flight. And with the first booking taking all our savings we don’t have time to wait..

They will rob you blind. They state there's a cancellation policy but if you try to actually cancel within the policy limits they'll put you on hold for hours to avoid you and you'll never see a dime back . The hotels will not cancel because the service doesn't allow it (?). $850 bucks gone and little if any recourse. SCAM artists. AVOID.
