I booked a hotel for my step daughter and I for her birthday over a month before the date. When we arrived around midnight, the hotel had no record of my booking and was full. We finally found a hotel that was available to take us in at 3am. I've sent emails, posted on their Facebook page, and LateRooms.com hasn't responded. The trip was a nightmare and cost me about 50% more due to last minute bookings.

Pub text to cancel room, as soon as the booking was made, payment was still taken though, so i asked if they could book me into another pub in the area but was told they couldn't, so now I can't get hold of anyone for a refund, wouldn't bother again, you're better of ringing places direct rather than letting these lot shaft you

When I arrived at Premier Inn Longbridge I was turned away because they had no record of my booking, even though I showed them the confirmation email from laterooms. As I stood on the pavement outside, wondering what to do & where I would stay, I cancelled the booking because I would not be staying there as they had no room for me. Having explained all this to the laterooms 'support team', I have received an email saying I will not be refunded because it was a non refundable booking. This is very unfair as I didn't want to cancel, I wanted to stay in a room that was not provided. I paid for a service which was not available as promised, like paying for goods but not receiving them. It's an insult that they have quoted the cancellation policy when I was not offered the service I had paid for. I am thinking I will go to the small claims court on principle. I certainly would discourage anyone from using laterooms.

I booked a hotel laterooms.com was unable to make it to the hotel wanted to cancel and it was so so difficult in cancelling this booking. Easier to purchase from them, but when you’ve got issues and cancellations they make it so difficult. Never use. laterooms.com
