I needed an extension for my stay
I needed an extension for my stay as we encountered an unforeseen issue when meeting up with family but unfortunately this hotel could not accommodate us so we had to wait in the car in the basement carpark for 2 hrs. We are grateful to the member of staff for extending the car parking though . At least we didn’t have to wonder the streets . Unsure if we would use this hotel again though unfortunately.

I found great deal which was extremley simple to book on website. This is perfect for my husband and I as we both work hard and our rotas are changed about so getting break together is what makes late rooms convieniant for us

Called the hotel and spoke to a school girl who told me that the hotel was already fully booked for my chosen dates. She said she would make a note and get the owner to call me. Very noisy place between the hours of midnight - 2 am, and 6am -9am. Hence not ideal if you on holiday. But other than that, it’s a lovely place. Very clean and ventilated.

Cancelled less than 2weeks trip
Less than 2weeks before our London trip our apartment was cancelled with no explanation. Now we left waiting for a refund along with having to find somewhere else to stay. Will never use this website again.
