After deciding to progress the purchase of a new machine, Lavazza managed to turn the delivery and installation around very quickly (one week sooner than originally suggested!). Great help from Emma Zyla, the Business Development Manager, for her advice on the machine and coffee.

Natalie Hlavacek has been amazing from initial contact through to coming in after the install to make sure we were happy with everything, we could not have a plumbed in machine as had no water supply near where we needed the machine, Natalie sorted the issue with there machine with inbuilt water tank, our staff & customers love the selection, would definitely recommend.

Contacted the company looking to have 2 machines installed at 3 different sites, Steve was great at first and arranged to meet me the next week. Meeting went ahead and Steve was great and said he would have prices over within a couple of days. A week later still nothing, chased via email and was told sorry he'd been busy would have them by tomorrow, 4 days later still nothing, emailed again and told it would be with me that afternoon, still nothing, a week later tried to call the company and after 7 minutes on hold I gave up. If this is the service you provide just trying to get quotes and don't think you are a company we would like to do business with.

Appalling customer service, genuinely if we could turn back time we would have done. They do not fix the issues in the accounts, I am positive they act fraudulently which i will carry out my own investigation, They have admitted that the contract sold was in fact not correct and fit for purpose. If anyone is looking for a coffee vend i would seriously consider looking at other reputable companies.

Customer service is shocking and loads of charges that are not necessary. When you try to leave the contract they want payment for the full machine. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided today from Mat B. I’m new to a site that Mat covers and have had to rely on Mat a few times now to get our machines back working. After logging an issue with Lavazza, the engineer is always dispatched promptly. Mat B always shows great professionalism when on site and displays great technical expertise. I highly recommend his outstanding service and dedication.

Had engineer out today Matt bray he came to the call out straight away , phoned me to let me know he was attending before which was helpful, when he arrived he was very friendly and went to fix the machine another 2 machines was broke at the time which he fix while on-site too a brilliant experience
