My role was relocating the 2 offices in to a new building. We did eventually get a new machine so ultimately pleased with the outcome but I had to chase for updates several times. Machine is on site works well replenished regularly and staff are happy.

Billing is a nightmare- we have had vending in since Oct 22 and haver yet to receive bills for visits and/ or credits for margin on items sold.
My client is constantly asking for details that have not been provided.

The coffee is alright but ever since they changed from plastic to these eco paper cups the coffee is a lot worse, obviously they have no quality control as to the design and use of the cups because the cups have a flaw and that’s the paper corrugated part at the bottom of the cup that hides and holds the coffee and doesn’t let it dissolve which then makes the coffee taste very weak. Redesign your cups please or we will be getting a different coffee machine.

We had two Klix Momentum machines installed about a year ago along with a snack vendor. The machines are on a fully managed service. Unfortunately, Lavazza does not provide staff to cover holidays or other absences. In consequence, the machines are frequently not restocked. This morning, 20+ out of 32 drinks are unavailable, and the snack vendor is similarly bare. This is a frequent occurrence. Apparently, this does not constitute a breach of contract. To quote the LavazzaPro website "...our Operating Services business delivers a market leading service in line with our core values..." If our experience is representative of LavazzaPro's core values they deserve to go out of business.
Just to add insult to injury the quality of the drinks is very poor. The branded Lavazza coffee is bitter in the extreme, the "Nescafe Gold Blend" bares no resemblance to the stuff you can buy and the tea manages to taste more like dusty water than anything you'd want to drink.
In short, if I could give negative stars to LavazzaPro I would give -5.
Edited: The drinks machines have now been filled but there is still nothing in the snack vendor. The experience does not get better.
They installed the machine without milk, damaged the floor and now they don’t want to cancel the contract and take back the machine unless I pay the whole contract (5 years worth of rent) even if we have a clause where I can pay £250 to cancel anytime. Not recommended

Not a customer yet as I've been waiting for a callback for over a week. No one available to take my call last week and the same this week. Plus I was cut off - being a business owner, I know there are ways to get my number to call me back. Then it occurred to me to read Trustpilot reviews and I'm so glad I did. Sadly, this experience seems to run over many other similar companies. Looks like its back to Nespresso again... Whoever the owners are, do pay attention as the team is letting the business down.
Response to Lavazza's response: surely you don't think after that experience that we would want to engage you as a business, where you only pay attention if there's a complaint. Thanks but no.

After nearly 18 months of supply Lavazza still let the machine run out of hot drinks and snacks. They then have the audacity to say that we are not meeting the minimum vend numbers! Numerous staff members have resulted to bringing in their own drinks because the coffee tastes awful. Complaint after complaint to Lavazza sees no improvement to either the stocking of the machines nor the quality.
My advice to anyone considering a Lavazza vending machine... don't. I believe 1 star is too generous.

Have you compared a regular cheap coffee with the Lavaza professionals vending machine effort? The coffee in particular is possibly the worst I've ever tasted. It really doesn't resemble coffee in the slightest. I really wonder who was responsible for passing this liquid powder concoction after the taste test. No coffee comes close to how bad this stuff really is as well as the other beverages which are essentially just water and various levels of sugar minus any resembling flavour!

We just had a new snacks and hot drinks machine machine installed with cashless payment. Bob was sent over to help with the installation. He was very helpful and satisfactorily answered all the questions we had to ask. Engineer was very knowledgeable and professional. Machine works fine and all the tips he gave on how to operate the machine comes in very handy. Would highly recommend their machines.

I am something of a coffee snob and normally wouldn't touch an instant coffee with a barge-pole. But we were out of 'the real stuff' and I wasn't up for a walk to the th and rich flavour. Lots of deep notes but ones that didn't overpower the rest. Good body and robust but not overly bitter. Even managed a crema on top. Lavazza is a great brand but I was stunned that an instant coffee was this good. coffee shop so I had to make do and boy am I glad I did. This coffee is great. As a coffee a solid 7/10, if I were in a coffee shop 6/10. But for an instant? at least a 9/10 probably a 10/10.
Smooth rich flavour, fully bodied but not bitter even managed a creama. I was stunned that an instant coffee could be this good.
