Fantastic company
I have recently dealt with Emily Dye to order 2 new Lavazza coffee machines for my site.
She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, she kept in touch regularly to let me know what was going on, and she went above and beyond to get my coffee machines delivered in 4 weeks. Amazing service all round by Lavazza.

Tony Pleasant - Engineer & his excellent service
I was attended by Tony Pleasant - Engineer - he was very good, he was suppose to order parts for us and come back, as it was important for the machine he some how got hold of the parts and came & fixed the machine , filter and he also cleaned the machine. Excellent service from this engineer. ( Uxbridge ALC)
