Always a very proactive service from Paul Collard our account manager. Good quality products and flexible contracts mean that we have been able to supply free vend drinks to our on-site staff for many years. New range of machines are good to see so that you have more choice moving forward. Would recommend.

We used Lavazza Pro to install coffee machines in our staff area. The machine and coffee on offer was far better than others that we looked at and we were looked after from start to finish.

I contacted LaVazza to report an issue I had with two machines.
Upon the call going through I spoke to Jessica Mayer (LaVazza) who took down all the issues that I was having and May I say the Customer Service that given was 210 per cent and a True Credit to LaVazza .
True Quality Customer gained .

We were in desperate/urgent need of a hot drinks machine for our staff & contacted Lavazza (Anthony/James) who not only managed to sort our issues in record time but the product is of great value & price & our staff love it! Very professional & highly recommended. We've ordered 2 more machines!

From initial enquiry to full installation of our new coffee machine the process was informative and stress free. My account manager Steve Charalambakis has been excellent throughout and got back to me efficiently after every query I raised. Also, Paul Smither was equally as helpful when installing the machine and training myself and my colleague how to maintain the machine. Thank you Lavazza Professional for making our time with you so easy so far.

Spoke to our account manager Paul Collard about how happy we are with the service and products. During the meeting (6 months since installation) Paul had all information to hand regarding what was provided and was constantly looking for ways to improve if after the pandemic we had more people returning to work.
Our regular operative is always on time and very informative if any drink is changing.
Customer services actually call you back to give you an update on any inquiry.
Branded drinks (PG Tips etc) are much better and the range is huge and you can choose what you have.
Last but not least - the Cadbury's chocolate is absolutely banging!!!!

With 66 machines on site we have a great relationship with our site engineer Mike who is always helpful with great response tines. Head office are always ready to support. The call center could do with slightly more customer knowledge, but otherwise a great product & service.
