Throughout the period that I have worked with Lavazza and Paul Collard I have never had any issues. The ordering is seamless, customer service is excellent and the support team are fantastic. There have been occasions when we have required an engineer and they have come out on the same day. Cannot fault

Lavazza & Klix 100%
I have used Klix/Lavazza machines for years, they are second to none in their field, their drinks are suitable for various sites with new innovations always on the horizon. Paul my Lavazza contact has been a great support, knowledgeable and always quick to respond as required whether its a new quote or hiccups with the new Eco cups ( client loves them) that are now well established and hiccup free.

Brilliant Account Manager and Company
I have always found my account manager, Kerry, very very helpful. When I was new to my unit she was a great help in setting up the machines and she is very keen to tell me about new products. Kerry will often come in with new products for us to try and will get honest feedback from the customers. Any issues with Invoices are solved within a matter of hours.
I would highly recommend this company

I absolutely LOVE iT! I just received my Jolie and Milk machine with a great selection of coffee capsules. I love. mocha so straight away made one using my own hot chocolate recipe. Put milk in the milk frother and some hot chocolate powder and voila I made my own mocha.The coffee just smooth and delicious like in coffee shop!
Well, I already drunk two coffee tho lol.
If you can buy one today! You will love it! Thanks Lavazza.
