Have used Mars / Lavazza klix coffee for many years now and always impressed with the service and qulity
But i think its time to move away from the one use only cup method now we are all awhere of are carbon foot print

The only problems we have are deliveries not coming to us . No complaints with the products

Good products in drinks machine , however machine keeps eating coins so you can never drink it

Its really good. Lots off choice

I am happy of the products, just delivery drivers sometime leave the boxes out side on the rain or ask agency staff from store to sign instead to deliver all boxes to canteen where is our delivery point, so to be checked from me or member of my team. Instructions are highlighted on my delivery note. This prevent cross contamination (I had delivery left on the pouring rain for two hours without noticing store and when fork lift driver lift the pallet, box collapsed and I wasted half of it as tubs went to ground.)

In future I will be extremely happy if driver deliver to me-I had Russian speaking driver in the past that was outstanding and my boxes were in good condition delivered to me.

Very happy with Lavazza since taking over from Klix,still the same good service and delivery.

Orders are always delivered promptly, accurately and on time. Account issues usually resolved very speedily. All Call Centre Staff and Service Desk staff always friendly and helpful, Adam has been very friendly and efficient when helping to resource new machines, working with us to install them on time and with minimum disruption.

The service I have received while using the Flavia machines has been excellent.
When reporting faults the engineer team are onsite quickly to rectify any issues. They are work with utmost efficiently.
Our clients are happy with the products and the machines work well with minimal maintenance.

Emma who looks after this account is very professional in her work and is happy to resolve any issues I have very quickly. In the past she has support us in different ways to increase sales and introduced new products to us, in which we have tuck on board and used. the only issue I have is our head office prices and your invoice prices don't match.

Okay, I have to say with Lavazza their customer service is very poor. its often unanswered emails and rude responses.when an order went missing also why can i track a £5 ebay order but not an £400 coffee order

I've not had any complaints so all is good !!

Excellent service great products and frank is an excellent rep,always helps us when we need him,we are very happy with the service!
