Unfortunately the install wasn't as straight forward as hoped but the engineer Marc went above and beyond to ensure this machine was up and running.
He also gave helpful advice if we run into any issues.
Marc is a real credit to Lavazza.

This is a review written by a user of a vending machine who lost 50p on a purchase. I contacted the assistance address attached to the machine.
GOOD: the money was refunded into my account within 9 days of my original complaint.
BAD: I accept you need to be satisfied a claim is genuine. Leaving aside the initial response to my original email, I was asked for additional information in a further 2 emails. Could this not have been captured in the first email that sought information?
VERY BAD: You only offer a very greedy 0870 number to contact the company - it suggests you want to deter people seeking refunds as the call charges will be much greater than the potential original loss. Not great customer service I suggest.
I will continue to use the machines, but like on this occasion, only with a card so I have evidence I paid (along with a pic of a ‘buffering’ machine display.)

Recently, I switched my hotel's coffee machine provider to Lavazza after 16 years with Tchibo.
The decline in Tchibo's customer service led me to seek a change.
Lavazza Pro's online process was seamless, and I was promptly contacted by Aamina.
The new machine was installed within two weeks of signing up, and Aamina addressed all my queries the same day I raised them.
The machine has been a hit with everyone(customers and staff), producing drinks quickly and minimizing queues.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied up to this point with Lavazza's product, pricing, and service.

Gary who installed and trained me on our new machines, was kind, helpful very patient. He even came to check up on me to make sure I was ok with the new machines.I had a few hiccups but he reassured me, that I was not to worry, and he would be back Monday to go through the training again.

Unresolved issues with visa payments. I have a coffee capsule subscription, really love Lavazza coffee, however there have been issues for months now processing my payment card for my rolling subscription. Despite updating the details on the website several times and frequently speaking to customer services ( who are always very helpful), the issue is unresolved. It is becoming tiresome so have cancelled my subscription today and will purchase a different brand of coffee machine instead

I am writing this review to share my abysmal experience with the Lavazza coffee machine that we purchased for our office. Unfortunately, this machine has proven to be nothing but a constant headache since the day we brought it in. The multiple breakdowns we have encountered and the complete lack of support from Lavazza's sales representative & account manager have left us frustrated and deeply disappointed.
Within less than a year of owning this Lavazza coffee machine, it has malfunctioned numerous times. Despite multiple site visits, the machine's reliability is utterly questionable, and its performance has been nothing short of abysmal. Not only have these breakdowns disrupted our office's daily operations, but they have also resulted in significant financial losses for our business.
To make matters worse, the lack of responsiveness and accountability from our assigned sales representative at Lavazza is absolutely unacceptable. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance and explanation, we have been met with complete silence. Our calls have gone unanswered and our emails left unacknowledged. It appears that once they made the sale, they were more than willing to wash their hands of any further responsibility.
We expected much better from a reputed brand like Lavazza. The absence of customer support and the unwillingness to address our concerns and provide a solution is incredibly disheartening. It is evident that Lavazza prioritizes its sales figures over customer satisfaction and loyalty.
As a result of this ongoing ordeal, we have been forced to seek alternative options for our office coffee needs. We refuse to invest any more time and money into a product and a company that fails to deliver on its promises and lacks the basic courtesy to respond to its customers.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing a Lavazza coffee machine for your office or any other purpose. The machine's poor reliability, the lack of assistance from the sales representative, and the overall disregard for customer satisfaction make this a regrettable and frustrating experience. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and financial loss by exploring more reliable and customer-oriented options in the market.

I have been waiting for management to return my call now for 2 days. Apparently, the managers do not have diaries nor any assistant, neither can they be contacted...only via email which they don't seem to read.

The machine often gets jammed, a tea often dispenses without milk.
I love the decaf versions but would like a decaf tea. I love the choice of coffees and the hot chocolate.
The cups are quite hot to hold.
