Helpful friendly staff.
They were so helpful. I wanted a small portable printer but they don't stock them so they went on the computer and found what I wanted and that if I logged onto their website I could order it myself which I did last Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Really customer friendly.

Very straighforward lens purchase.
Very straighforward, and the lens (very happy with Condition rating) was dispatched the same day.
Only gripe was your courier DPD who said they'd deliver the following day in a particular 1 hr slot. I was there, and they weren't. I was sent a message to say that they couldn't deliver because the pin-holder was not there....wrong ! They did deliver in the notified slot the next working day.
