I have used The london camera exchange for many years. I have bought camera gear from most of the local stores. All the stores I have purchased from have been extremely helpful and very professional and customer focused.

Service was great but decided to send the camera back via Gloucester branch as I have now gone for the Coolpix 950 from the Gloucester branch I have to say the service received from both branches is exceptional.

Two products were ordered via web on Saturday and arrived on Tuesday. The goods were as specified and well packed. A 5% discount was obtained on a Sony camera that was out of stock elsewhere.

Quality item delivered ahead of time well packed; Recommended.

The usual excellent service and backup from LCE. I rarely need to go elsewhere as they can generally provide everything I want and they give good support to their customers.

Good descriptions and photos on products, super fast delivery by DPD and quick response to queries.

Was looking for a digital camera for a friend of mine to begin digital photography and noticed that LCE had a number of suitable used Canon cameras . Looked up reviews on their suitability and having bought one myself a while ago from LCE , decided to buy him one as an early birthday present . It's in 4 star condition and has a six month guarantee as well. It arrived most carefully packed and am now looking for some nice used lenses for him . Obviously also from LCE as I've always found them trustworthy and very knowledgeable . The staff are always friendly and happy to give advice on any potential purchase.

Bought some great value, great condition used Nikon AFD lenses. DSLR photography on the comparative cheap. Next day delivery too.

… LCE Oxford treated the purchase (and myself) far better than another LCE branch where I bought a camera costing literally 20 times more - and that purchase was made face-to-face.

LCE Oxford - like the majority of LCE branches I have used over the years - has once again proved that they understand the importance of building up a relationship for repeat business and nothing is too much trouble, the exception being the branch where I felt it was a question of ‘right, you want a camera… here… give us the money and get out!’

Needless to say neither myself, my family or our photographic friends will give our hard earned cash to an outfit like that.

Getting hold of a reasonably good quality example of my dream camera.

I had an issue with my lenses not autofocusing on my camera bodies - I had tried everything with no Joy so I visited Elliot in Oxford who diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 5 minutes - really great customer service

I bought a second hand camera via the website. After first phoning the Oxford branch to check availability. The camera was exactly as described and arrived in little over 24 hours from my call. It was well packaged and arrived in good order. This is my 2nd second hand camera from LCE and I highly recommend them. The customer service is so exceptional honestly. I live in London and somewhat somehow stumbled upon London Camera Exchange in Oxford and decided to order my Canon G7X from there. Arrived so early and they left me a cute little voicemail to let me know it arrived. I asked them if I was able to pick it up in a few weeks because of work and they were so kind to agree. After a whole month I asked them if it could get delivered because work was really keeping me busy and throughout the whole phone call, Elliot was so lovely and informative. He explained to me different versions of SD Cards and whats more suited for me. He helped me pick a lot of things that are suited for my camera that I wouldn’t have known and even offered me deals in London Exchange Camera for gadgets. I recently took in a Sigma lens that would not focus to LCE Oxford who sent it off to Sigma for repair. It took about a week and was kept informed of progress. Got the lens back as good as new and thrilled with the work done, price charged and service provided by LCE, Oxford. Service by both companies was excellent.
