Great company to deal with, both online and in store. ( Strand branch ). Competitive prices, good stock levels, good delivery communication. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. My go to retailer for optics, video and photography. Been using them for years.

This company the London branch has what has been lost through out UK, also the entire world, with the rise of the Internet, and larger and larger shops, which is personal care, that original time stamped professionalism that is just not available anywhere, that family orientated atmosphere, but most of all prices that comfortably suits everyone, they also buy and exchange your goods, I conversed with Andy 👍

Sent out completely wrong lens.
Paid for order, and company sent out completely wrong lens!
Sent out the correct one the next day but had to have a day off on annual leave to be at home to receive it as needed signing for. Not overly impressed.
Quality and description of the item was good.
