Once again LCE proved that they can sell fantastic used kit at a price better than the other big players. I wanted a 2nd camera to back up my fujifilm system and a recent experience with a Sony a6000 I purchased for my little granddaughter set me hunting for an a6400. This one was the best price warranted version I could find anywhere especially as it had a kit lens fitted. Speedy dispatch from Southampton and it arrived unexpectedly on a Saturday having only been ordered late Thursday. Very impressed with the condition of the camera and accessories which exceeded my expectation.

Called into the London Camera Exchange and George gave me some great advice about lenses for my Sony camera. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LCE .

My experience with London Camera Exchange was a bit mixed. Unfortunately, communication wasn’t great – my order was delayed and I had to reach out multiple times myself just to get updates, which was quite frustrating.

That said, once the item finally arrived, I was really happy with the product itself and it met my expectations. I also found their flexible payment options, including monthly payments, really helpful.

Overall, a decent experience, but better communication would make a big difference.

I’m always cautious about buying a used item, but the lens from LCE Manchester was exactly as described and with all original packaging. It would be nice if LCE offered a 12 month warranty like the two main competitors rather than the 6 months, so fingers crossed it doesn’t fail.
