Great pre-sales experience, really like the product, installers were brilliant and very quick. I didn't need much post-sales support but what I did need was friendly and efficient. The sheds aren't the cheapest but so far I'm really pleased we chose this one over the many others we looked at.

Absolutely stress free. Delivery was easy to organise and the guys that assembled the potting shed seemed very happy in their work. This is the second building I've ordered from this company and I can't fault the quality. The original workshop is several years old now but still looks great.

We are glad that we ordered the garden shed in person with the staff of 1st Choice Leisure Buildings and overall happy with the shed. The staff helped us (over the phone several times) with the follow up processes. The online form filling varies greatly, depending on the shed supplier - that was complicated! The installation guys turned up on the agreed date and at the expected time. They were efficient and friendly. We are glad we paid extra for the double doors but would go for a different roof style. We needed an old Shed removed. 1st choice suggested the shed disposal service who were also really very good, much better than getting a skip, or doing it ourselves. Overall a good job.

We found your company with Google search, and what appealed to us was that you had a site whereby we could physically see for ourselves and discuss our needs. Fortunately not to far to travel, and we weren’t disappointed. We had a look and was shown round, there was no hard sell, we sort of knew what we would want, and we went home and had a think about it. We went back a couple of weeks later and placed our ordered.To be honest it was more than we wanted to spend, ( because of Covid all materials had become a lot more expensive)but it was well worth the money and the fact it would be installed and built for us was another positive for us. We was very pleased with the whole service, and feel the quality was very good. After a couple of weeks we had a little problem where by one slat split ,it was a particularly large wood knot, I contacted the company and within 10 days it was solved, a couple of men replaced the said slat with no quibble. Every step of the way was very professional, I would highly recommend, thank you 1st choice leisure buildings.

The shed was extremely well manufactured and designed, it arrived on schedule. Assembly was very quickly and easily performed by the two delivery crew, I certainly would recommend using them.

Excellent product made to my specifications. Wanted a shed and summerhouse but had limited space. Was put up in a couple of hours. Much better than I had imagined. Now used as extra entertaining space, greenhouse and exercise room- my son even made a few tv programmes from it over lockdown

Very happy with my potting shed, I spent time researching before I purchased and was impressed with the additional information offered on the website that guided you in making your choice. The 16 week timeline was spot on and the guys arrived when they said they would and worked smartly,professionally and quickly, they only had time for one cup of tea!

Very happy with the shed I bought and I hope it will last. The buying process was straightforward. There was a longish wait but I was given a date and the shed was indeed delivered on the date set. It was built as planned and is a nice addition to my garden.

I bought a Platinum Fareham 16' x 8' transverse apex t&g 20mm loglap sectional building last summer that was delivered and erected November 2021 as arranged.

I couldn't be more pleased with the buying process, the installation or the building. All were fantastic. Although material shortages resulted in a long lead time, the wait was as stated at the time of ordering, so no problem there. The on-site delivery and build were super quick, whilst working to a very high quality with no issues at the time or in the following months. The installers were super professional.

The roof (black corrugated), gutters, windows, doors, hardware (hinges, locks etc) and walls are all top quality, look great and were really well put together.

Great building, no fuss, no dramas, no ify bits, just a very happy customer.

All highly recommended.

During the buying process we went to many potential suppliers - 1st Choice had the best range on show that we had seen and we'd travelled 30 miles to take a look.

Did exactly what they said on the tin! When ordering the summerhouse they said it would be a six months wait for installation - but they gave me a date, and they turned up on that date! The summerhouse is sturdy and well-assembled. No complaints at all!
