Ordered a new shed just before the prices went crazy. The shed is very well constructed and with a strong stable roof and floor so often neglected by other shed providers. I expect many years of use ahead with minimal fuss or maintenance. Thanks for a great service!

We’ve just had our third building delivered and installed from this company. We have had 2 sheds and one Woodpro veranda. The sheds were made and installed by A J Sectional Buildings and have both been excellent with very nice installers (same crew for both) . We had a very minor issue with a floorboard and a knot breaking the plank and they replaced the whole floor with an upgrade with no issues. The second shed was installed this week and is again very good quality and having done the research , is good value for money. The Woodpro was 4x3m add came from abroad , with the only minor point being the instructions didn’t say if you self install you need to buy the anchors for the feet- which was overcome but by using a trolley jack and reinstalling them- part of the journey for a diy’er . 1st Choice have been excellent having visited two of the sites, always helpful and with good advice and good delivery times beaten in all the cases. We are really pleased with everything overall as these are investments with the whole process from start to finish showing they know what they are doing.

We have our garden office for about 6 months now, and we couldn't be happier. The office is of great quality, along with great service from the team, both on site during our visit to their showroom, but also on all other pre and Post sales contacts, including contacts for questions after the office was delivered. The office was delivered on time, the delivery team was very quick and professional. Overall a great experience, highly recommended.

I absolutely love my new shed/workshop! We understood the long lead in times and that worked out very well. We were pleased with how Paul managed everything prior to it being passed over to the building/fitter side of things. It would have been 5 stars but there was a problem where the fitters didn't include something significant under the entrance stop so water was getting in. Eventually got that sorted so it's all good now. Would highly recommend the company though, it's a well built shed and I'm very happy with it, thanks!

Brilliant, well designed shed with fantastic attention to detail. The guys who delivered and erected it arrived when they said they would and made a first class job of assembling it. The sales team were completely up front about the long delivery times which were beyond their control and were extremely helpful in giving advice and answering our questions. We would recommend the 1st Choice Leisure Buildings to anyone without the slightest hesitation.

Great shed delivered and installed on time by two very friendly competent guys. After installation It needed a small repair and this was done by the same guys quickly and with no fuss

If i could give this a zero rating I would. We ordered a shed from this company in October 2021 endless calls made endless trips made and still got no further forward. Absolutely useless customer service, my partner took the day off work for the shed to be delivered for endless phone calls and still getting no where it’s now nearly 7pm and they still haven’t arrived. They said that they will be able to put it up in the dark it’s an absolute joke will not recommend to anyone to buy from this company an absolute scam

We needed a replacement for our old shed, and wanted a much larger building that was insulated, attractive and secure. Everyone we liaised with, from the first stages of ordering through to the day it was delivered and constructed, was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Several friends and neighbours have asked where we got it from and we've had no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company at all times. Their show facility is excellent, with the buildings being kept in immaculate condition. I knew when ordering a new summerhouse that it would take 20 weeks, and it was exactly to the date. Two lads arrived from t'north and erected the building in just a few hours. In comparison, their buildings are good value and well made.

I ordered a summer house and shed combination in February / March for delivery in May this year for installation of our "new build|" house.
It is now November and we are still awaiting a move in date. However, Leisure Buildings have been very helpful with moving the build and delivery back (now next year) which means we had one less item to be concerned over. Thus our experience of their service has been very good indeed. They always wish us good luck and tell us not to worry about the date. This is great. Mike Hogan

Bought an Ottershaw in April. Had to wait a while for delivery due to the circumstances but well worth the wait. We are more than thrilled with it. Paul, Ian and not forgetting Craig were so so helpful. Nothing was a bother. Would certainly recommend this company.

Really pleased with our summer house. Good quality and the installation team were great. Very flexible and helpful with us. Would recommend to friends. Definitely. Lots of companies out there where you can get cheaper stuff but the quality is poor and it won’t last.

Great building, well assembled and first class service

After some research, my wife and I visited the Woking show site in April and ordered a 20'x10' workshop with attached shed. We found the whole process easy and straight forward. From the outset we were made aware of a long lead-in time due to Covid and supply problems, although this proved advantageous to clear and demolish the old workshop before preparing the site for the new. Communications were excellent throughout and they were particularly accommodating of a late design change.
The Sept. delivery and installation arrangements were equally simple and trouble free. The team from Phoenix (unusually 3 instead of 2) arriving on time, working politely and efficiently, the job was completed in an hour and 40 minutes - very impressive!
Altogether the whole experience has been positive and we would thoroughly recommend 1st Choice Leisure Buildings and their supplier Phoenix Sheds.
