Fantastic! We couldn’t recommend this company more, everyone involved gave us outstanding service. Paul and Steph were patient and kind throughout the design process of our bespoke cabin and worked with us to tweak the plans until they were just right, answering all of our questions along the way. Craig managed to delay delivery while the weather was wet which helped us hugely and it gave Gary (GJL Landscapes) the recommended builder to get the concrete base complete (very smart and perfectly level) the hauliers kept us informed and delivery went smoothly and our huge pallets were handled with care. The past 2 days Ian and Paul from Timber Installations Ltd have made those plans on paper come to life! We are so pleased with the end result, exactly what we wanted and we are looking forward to using the space. Thank you to you all. Phil & Louise

Excellent service. We ordered an alleyway shed and is very good quality. Everything was on time and the fitters were polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

The log cabin that was delivered on time was of very high quality wood, installation was straightforwardomce the foundations were prepared. Having a showroom to visit helped in the decision process, and the staff very friendly, helpful and knowedgeable.

We wanted to buy our home office locally and we had a great experience with 1st Choice Leisure Buildings. We visited them twice and were shown a few buildings that would work for us, along with options for the base. There were no pushy sales talks, just honest advice and helpful suggestions.
1st Choice Leisure Buildings were lovely to work with, answering any questions that we had and we bought a great office that has made a huge change to our work/life balance. The team who put the office together, and the electrician, we all friendly and hardworking, getting the work done in a good time. We couldn't be more pleased!

Terrible, a rip off, disgraceful, not worth the money, would never use them again!! THESE ARE WORDS I WOULD NEVER USE TO DESCRIBE 1st CHOICE LEISURE BUILDINGS, THEY ARE EXCEPTIONAL.

I ordered a Diamond shed 8'x8' cost about £1400. Ordering was so simple and Steph was very helpful and nice. Once I had placed my order, then came the T&C's which, whilst quite lengthy, were pretty straightforward and common sense, so no problem. I was kept informed as to what would happen at various stages which I appreciated. I paid a deposit and then just waited for a few weeks. We fixed a date for delivery and the boys, Shaun (I may have got this wrong, it might be Shane.....senior moment!!) and Leo arrived about 9.30am. They were just BRILLIANT!! they got to work immediately, I had prepared a good flat base for the shed and within minutes the shed was being erected (all included in the price) I was soooooo impressed with the boys and the quality of the shed, and within an hour the shed was erected and the boys were ready to leave and you are probably thinking that they just rushed everything and were a bit slipshod, let me assure you they were not, they were what I would describe as 'old school', polite, hard working. very pleasant and respectful.
My shed looks lovely and it seems a pity to put anything in it to spoil it!!
We are due heavy rain over the next few days but I'm sure the shed will be fine.
I cannot recommend this Company and the boys enough, my shed is solid, looks great and was erected soooooo quickly and professionally.

The whole process was stressless. I explained what I was looking for & my budget, the lady who dealt with me, gave me different options & showed me some suitable buildings & costings.
Nothing was too much trouble.
I recommend you to my son who has also just purchased a building with yourselves & he has also been very happy with the service he received.

Very satisfied. Steph was very knowledgeable and we didn't feel under any pressure to buy. She explained thoroughly what our options were (which were many) and accommodated our changes. The process from having the base created to the installation of the building to the installation of the electrics was very slick and everyone turned up when they said they would. I wanted a garden office and approached three firms locally to get some ideas of price, features and finishes:1st Choice we're one of the three and I'm so glad that I chose them.

It's fully lined and insulated, has double glazed opening windows and a fantastic quality finish.

It keeps the heat in averaging 11 degrees even in the cold spell overnight, making the use of an electric, oil- filled radiator economical and effective.

It's 10 x 8 ft and has a superb finish inside and out, complementing the back garden adding value and practical working from home facilities.

I had it properly wired by a friend but the base laying done by 1st Choices recommended contractors- again, an excellent service and highly recommended.

Happy with the range of summerhouses seen on site. Quality and pricing is good. It was easy to view and did not feel pressured into buying. Our queries were answered and we went ahead with our purchase,
The summerhouse was installed on the date given. No issues. A good shopping experience.

Superb from start (checking out the various options and gaining face to face really well informed advice) to finish ( building delivered and put up with no fuss by a careful, polite team who absolutely knew what they were doing and did it well ).

Very helpful advice re size of shed and types of base. Once ordered everything went like clockwork. Quick, efficient and the finished shed looks great.

Watch out with these costly summerhouse / shed combo buildings which in my case is leaking after just 18 months. Maybe i have been unlucky but given they cost a lot more than a standard high street shed i would expect better.
Assembled for a premium included cost by a professional 3rd party A & J Sectional Buildings i hoped this would lead to a long term solution. Both companies then try to pass buck to the other as outside (only just) of their 12 month warranty.
In the end only flexibility was to offer a knock down price on having it re roofed which i would have to pay for.
The other advise was to put in more roof tacks and sealant around the felt edges which i will do myself.
Wont be shopping here again.
Either the fitter rushed the assembly to get on to next job or poor product.

I ordered an insulated garden office a year ago. The whole process was excellent, easy, plenty of communication, plenty of choice and very reasonably priced. Steph and Craig were simply outstanding. The building team were incredibly quick and professional. The final product has surpassed my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend or use your services again.
