I purchased a 3m x 6m 70mm Shalford cabin, delivered end 2020. Very happy with the cabin, great space for price. The delivery was spot on also. Did the concrete base myself and found the installers appear to prefer doing that also, hence communication could have been better on site preparation. All said they did a good job on the day putting it up. I Would recommend this cabin warm great space I use it as a studio. Make a great gym or office also.

I was extremely impressed with Adrian and his staff. Greenhouse delivered on stated day - erected with minimum of fuss. All good, and also good value. Well done Leisure Buildings. Nick Peto.

I love my potting shed! We just used clear protection because the light colour looks great. I spend hours in it and have grown tomatoes, courgettes, peppers etc., from seed. Visiting friends say "I want one!" The glass windows and half roof give you all the benefits of a greenhouse plus more useful space for potting etc.

Superb experience and a high quality product installed by people who understand their product and their customers incredibly well.

I bought a shed online with this company and feel I have to warn others about their terrible customer service. I tried to buy a shed recently - the advertised price on their website for my shed was roughly £1,300 including delivery and installation. After the payment went through I was told the very next day that I would have to pay an extra £500 because they’d put the prices up the night before. When I baulked at this they went ahead and refunded my money saying they weren’t going to sell it to me. The man on the phone then mumbled something about having to go through the house to erect it and that I probably wouldn’t want to wait 7 months (which was the apparently the wait time). Basically, I felt that he was doing everything possible to turn me off the shed I purchased. I insisted that I wanted the shed and didn’t mind the wait time, but they gave me no recourse and made no attempt at all to hear what I had to say. I had been advised that if that was the price advertised, and the sale went through, then that was the price that i should get it for. I was genuinely shocked that a company would have such a blatant disregard for consumers rights.. Do NOT use this company.

When ordering a summer house, it was quick, easy and trouble free.
As arranged, they arrived on time, were polite and professional. Very efficient installers.

I had a Diamond Woodgate Tranverse Apex Shed installed in February (14x8). I have been very pleased with my purchase. The quality and finish is of a high standard, and it looks great. The two guys had to build it in the snow, but worked very hard and were quick to assemble it.
I have suggested friends looking for sheds should contact you and would definitely use your services again in the future.

The summerhouse we bought has become an interesting addition to our home where we can go to get out of the house and enjoy a coffee while looking out at the garden.

It is a well made product, looks great in cream, and the firm was easy to deal with. We selected insulation and a factory finish, plus some extras/upgrades and are glad we did. You only buy items like this once so might as well upgrade.

The wooden floor looks and smells great and my wife loves the look of the interior.

The price was right and competitive with rivals. Lots of other people have noticed this and the firm is getting many orders and expanding to deal with them as I understand it.

So if you are thinking of buying, take a look first at one of their sites- we went to the garden centre at Badshot Lea, near Farnham. The sooner you can order the better as many others are thinking along these lines as more of us are working from home.

Some firms had no sites where you could inspect their products and we would never think of making this sort of investment without seeing it in person.

We are glad we chose Leisure Buildings- a fine firm .

My wife and I have had a made to measure summer house built it is fantastic well put together the staff did a fantastic job and left the area clean and tidy they were I would highly recommend them

If your looking for a new garden building I can’t recommend Leisure Buildings enough. From the start at the showground where we were left to browse at our
leisure but with a staff member always on hand to answer any questions to the finished job.
Being of advanced years we took the option of having the old shed removed and cleared and a new base laid to await the new buildings arrival, all of which was done in a very polite and professional manner and any mess was cleared up and the site left ready for the next stage. The erection date was confirmed and both the building and fitting team arrived right on time, on arrival they viewed the site and within 1.5 hours were on there way finished.
The whole process from start to finish couldn’t have been carried out any better and the finish on the building is the best of all manufactures we looked at.
I have no hesitation in saying that if your looking for a shed right up to a home office or garden room then make Leisure Buildings your first port of call.

The exibition site near Guildford was extensive and provided a good opportunity to view the product options available. The delivery time was quoted as around 4 months, but this turned out to be over 5 months in the end (down to supply chain issues during the pandemic - was understandable). The communications with Pheonix (the company that actually build the sheds) was excellent and the shed 14'x 8' was delivered as agreed and erected very efficiently in under 3hrs. The only issue was that First Choice Leasure advised that the concrete base should be 3' less in length and width than the shed, while Pheonix said it should be the same as the shed dimensions (which was correct). The construction quality is sturdy and looks like it will stand the test of time.

The studio far exceeded our expectations as the build quality was superb. They installed it in under three hours and left no mess at all. I would highly recommend this company.

I had to wait 22 weeks untill it was delivered. I was advised it would take that long and it was worth the wait

I’m pleased with our building and satisfied that the time spent at the exhibition site comparing what was available and deciding what to order was well spent.
Although the building was well designed and well constructed, I am glad that I was prepared to spend time finishing it to my own satisfaction. After inspecting the standard of painting on the buildings at the exhibition site, I decided that I would prefer to paint mine myself and I don’t regret that. I’ve had to do couple of other jobs as well. Rain was gaining access to the inside on one of the corners- I think rain was dripping off the barge board at one end and being blown into gaps where the side and back join. I have sealed the gaps with transparent bathroom silicone sealer. We have had a lot of heavy rain and high winds and the cabin hook for the large shed door just couldn’t cope and started pulling away from the door. I’ve put in screws of double the length and fitted a second cabin hook 25 cms long so it can operate at a 45 degree angle and give more rigidity. These aren’t complaints just observations that you need to do a few things yourself to finish the building properly.

My Platinum Fareham building was delivered and installed on 26 January 2021 onto a base built by Ian Day of Timber Installations Ltd. The team of two from Phoenix Garden Buildings in Yorkshire took about two and a half hours to assemble it. This was all done with care and expertise. The result is a superb building that I am sure will last many decades. The structure is strong and the attention to so many details in its construction is obvious. The 20mm loglap boards give it a beautiful finish. Also,we very much like the clear Kesto lacquer and the three shelves we added to the interior. My wife and I are very happy that we found First Choice Leisure Buildings. Craig and his team gave us a great result. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly, without hiccup or drama. Getting information was straightforward, the shed was delivered and erected on schedule, and it is what I expected. I am happy with it, and would happily repeat the experience.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish.
Purchased an Addlestone Log Cabin from 1st Choice Leisure Buildings at Farnham Showroom assisted by a helpful and delightful lady called Steph.
My wife and me are experienced when it comes to having workmen in our home so were pleasantly surprised when EVERY last detail went to plan and as per their brochure.
The haulier, Grahame turned up on time, was polite and helpful and got his vehicle into the tightest of spaces.
Next day and the installers, Ian and Paul, put in the subframe followed by the cabin installation.
This was all done on freezing cold weather and pouring of rain.
How they managed to finish it looking spotless, having had to work on our muddy lawn I simply don’t know!
Buy your building from these people and you’ll be glad as we are .

Service from Leisure Buildings was excellent - great advice throughout the process. Construction and installation is through Phoenix Garden Buildings. Although a long lead time due to Covid/demand, we are very pleased with the shed itself. Unfortunately, the rating is diminished by the poor quality of installation: ill fitting door, paint splatter on the windows, crudely installed water butt. I have complained directly to Phoenix Garden Buildings, but received no response.
