Very good from start to finish
Very good from start to finish. We had to wait for quite a while for the sheds to be delivered but understand that we are living through extraordinary circumstances at the moment. When we first saw the sheds we thought they were rather expensive but are now sure we made the right decision as the quality is excellent. We have received a lot of compliments about them.

Great service
Great service, had to call the office to check something and the lady there was super helpful & friendly. Installers were so quick and summer house has been a wonderful addition (no leaks during storms either!)

Hassle free sheds
Some months back I ordered a 5x8 diamond wood gate log lap shed from this company but weeks later realised that I needed to make a few changes to the size in that the shed would not have been high enough. I was surprised at just how easy it was to make amendments. On the day that the shed arrived for installation the 2 men took no time to put it all together. I am very happy with the end result and it does look really good. A very pleasant transaction all round. Highly recommended.

Avoid this company at all costs almost 8 weeks after installation we got windows in the wrong place windows that don’t close doors with one screw in each hinge so they dropped don’t open and close a fascia that’s swinging in the wind made numerous phone calls nothing from leisure buildings and Phoenix buildings who make the buildings And put them up not been back to us as promised we are going to pursue them in the court and recover all costs And we will win disgusting customer experience . They had the cheek to send us an e mail asking about our experience with leisure buildings today that was the final straw . Don’t use this company

Hi there. As you will know I have replied directly to your other feedback that was left elsewhere but I feel I need to respond to this message here as well to confirm that all is in hand and to correct the assertion that you were ignored. Clearly we regret that there were some issues with the installation of your building but these were logged immediately and, whilst there was an initial delay in offering a return date due to staff shortage and exceedingly large workload due to the current pandemic, the factory have made many calls over the last weeks but these went unanswered. Only last week did they manage to reach you but they were unable to book the work in as you were unavailable on the suggested date. Instead they have confirmed to return this week and complete the relevant works. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment and we thank you for your patience. Rest assured it is not common for these types of issues to occur and we would usually put any issues right without delay but circumstances lately have not been helpful to any of us. We have taken on additional staff to increase production and bolster the customer service side of things going forward but, truth be told, we - along with pretty much the entire industry - were caught out completely by the challenges of the last six months and have had to react and change the entire structure of the business, manufacturing, installation, etc. sometimes almost on a daily basis so we are grateful to our valued customers for their understanding and patience.

Great firm to deal with and kept us up to date throughout lockdown which caused a bit of a delay but the quality of the potting shed and delivery / install service was first class. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

We have a dream shed!
My experience has been totally positive. The new shed is a palace and it was built by 2 very professional men during the lockdown. All the neighbours have shed-envy and, after installing electricity in there, our son has spent many an hour in his new studio/den.
Thanks so much for such a great job - we are very happy with our purchase.

The advice and attention by staff was excellent. At proabaly their busiest time ever, they answered all our questions and kept us updated as to the delivery progress at all times.
The product we order was excellent and fitted our requirements superbly as need an office for the garden during these difficult times.

The whole process, from initial discussion to final install was sublime. The sales team were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When it came to installation - just as lockdown eased - the team arrived from Yorkshire at 7am and were finished by lunchtime. Very professional and a superb quality to their work.
I have a 24ft x 8ft Southampton which looks and feels 'quality'.
Thoroughly recommended. 1st Choice Leisure lived up to and exceeded my expectations. I am a very satisfied customer.

Excellent service from start to finish, ordered a Southampton Platinum 16 x 8 workshop on the 22nd May with a lead time of 6. to. 8 weeks
Delivered and erect just over 6 weeks later on the arranged day 8th July
Excellent quality, looks great at the bottom of the garden and I have no hesitation in recommend leisure Building
