Absolutely in love with my building. It’s the base for my business and quality was the basis for which we chose the building on. 1st Choice did not disappoint. The whole process was smooth and the customer service was personal, not a fake sales pitch like some companies we’d visited. They were honest, informative and helped us make the best choice. The company who installed it were wonderful & had it up and running in a matter of hours. The quality of my builing is outstanding and I couldn’t recommend 1st choice more if I tried. 10/10 service.

Excellent service from first visit to showroom to installation of the summerhouse. Communication was always good. The product is of a high standard and everyone was very approachable. The men who installed the summerhouse were quick, efficient and friendly. First class .

Very impressed with this company. We visited the showroom twice and on the second visit decided to buy a log cabin. Paul told us everything we needed to know, and made sure we understood the process, before we signed on the dotted line. Delivery was faster than we expected, installation was smooth and quick, queries were answered within minutes, and overall we couldn't be happier with the result. The Lodge (as we call it) is getting lots of use by the adults and kids alike.

A great company to deal with. Their website is easy to navigate, range of products and prices are excellent. Delivery on time and the guys who erected my summer house were very efficient, tidy and friendly.

Extremely happy with the shed we purchased. It is very good quality and looks great in our garden. It was built in a very short time by two very pleasant men who took time to explain the finished product. I would certainly recommend this company without hesitation.

Fantastic service, were very helpful every step of the way - from initial talks on what type and size of shed we needed through to the team that laid the concrete and the men that put up the building (unbelievably efficiently and quickly!) High quality shed/greenhouse combo now installed in our garden and it looks great!

We experienced very helpful and efficient customer relations from start to finish. We love our shed and we were extremely impressed with both the quality of the shed and everyone we had dealings with from ordering, arranging the delivery date (and then us having to change it) and the amazingly speedy and efficient construction on the day (great lads, a credit to your company). If we had one regret, we wish we had gone for the upgraded floor, just for peace of mind. We had a good look in person at a number of other makes of shed across a wide price range and felt 1st Choice Leisure Buildings offered an excellent build at a competitive price. Would definitely recommend (in fact we already have!).

Hi I just thought I would write a review about my Summer house, I purchased one before I went to 1st Choice and after having it a week the Windows leaked amongst other things.
So I searched the web (as you do) and saw the GOOD REVIEWS about 1st CHOICE.
As I had the base already laid I at to make the new Summer House would fit accordingly. So I made a call to the office gave "Craig" my requirements made some more phone calls and spoke with Craig again and also Paul, and I must say how polite, patient, professional and most of all accommodating they we're, nothing was too much trouble.
Anyway I decided to have double glazed windows and added another 2 so I have Windows all around accept the back, I also had it insulated and the wood inside is like a nice pine colour and very pretty, so i have not painted that but i have painted the ceiling and the hardboard. I am so impressed from beginning to end, there is nothing negative that I can say about 1st CHOICE even the builders that fitted it for me were efficient and never stopped working even in all that heat we had, obviously I supplied lots of drinks but again I am well impressed.
Would I recommend 1st CHOICE absolutely, it is a rareity to get a decent service and not one complaint, Nobody takes the time these days to give s good service, but coming from a "ex CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS MANAGER" I do not give compliments unless the company deserve them and Trust me if I need to complain I do not have a problem doing so.
So A GOOD JOB DONE BY ALL and I do not have any leaks. :0)

We made 2 visits to the show site in Sutton Green. The first time we were trying to decide what to buy and were visiting lots of suppliers. We found a great range of sheds and workshops on display and the staff member we talked to was very helpful. When we had decided what we wanted, we returned a few weeks later to have a final look and to place our order. We spoke to the same member of staff who was again very helpful. He made sure all our requirements were noted on the order form and explained what would happen next. Everything went smoothly thereafter, with our workshop being delivered and erected on site at the pre-arranged time. All was as expected and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Good local service, was happy to provide a site visit and plenty of advice. The cabin was well constructed and went together with no issues. I would also recommend the third parties used: the courier was exactly on the predicted time, and both the base builder and the electrician did excellent jobs. I will hopefully be going back for a large shed next year.

Spent ages online looking for a suitable potting shed without any luck when my brother recommended this company having bought the same shed 2 years ago. Glad I took his advice. The company has its own display site in Woking which means you can try before you buy. I liked the fact that they assembled the shed rather than it being left to the customer. This was a very smooth transaction from start to finish. The easy phone conversation consisted of particulars being taken and a small deposit. An agreed installation date was then sent to me and early on installation day they arrived and forty five minutes later they had gone. The shed looks very solid and well constructed. Very pleased with the service and I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Leisure Buildings was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. The buildings appear to be well constructed and the erectors completed their work without fuss on bases previously installed by Leisure Buildings. Ordering through to completion was seamless. However, I am waiting for a response from them about the design of the door frames as there is some movement of the doors in the frames when the doors are closed although this does not really detract from my enjoyment of the buildings.

I liked the fact that 1st Choice Leisure Buildings offered a broader range of shed suppliers than I had experienced elsewhere. My original intention had been to look at sheds from their 'Diamond' range (made by A&J Sectional), but my eye was caught by the higher quality of the 'Platinum' shed on display (made by Phoenix Garden Buildings, whose products I had never seen before). The salesman was also able to answer a lot of detailed questions about this product, thus giving me the confidence to place an order for a Platinum Sunstore Solar potting shed a day or two later. Delivery was quick and this shed was installed two months ago. It has met all our expectations. I can thoroughly recommend both 1st Choice Leisure Buildings and their supplier Phoenix Garden Buildings.

Love my potting shed, it’s perfect for me. No hard sell, just helpful salesman. The whole experience was very smooth and installation was great.

Excellent service. Visited the show site where there is a wide selection of buildings to choose from. We were given advice and had our questions answered with no salesman pressure. Ordering was easy with just a deposit to pay. We received notification of the date of delivery and the night before we got a text message with the anticipated time of delivery and installation (06:45!). They arrived early (06:30) but didn't knock until the agreed time. The installation was efficient and the installers gave some good advice on looking after the shed. This was the second shed i ordered this year but had to send the first one back to the supplier and got nothing but aggravation from them. 1st Choice were an absolute dream compared to other supplier.

The quality of the shed was miles better than the previous one from another supplier in Yorkshire.

Excellent workshop. I'm very happy with the quality of my building and would recommend without hesitation. I have jealous neighbours.
