Products are ok, had to wait a long time for delivery and then make the journey to collect, not a great service at all for online deliveries!!!

Great quick service
I had a problem with a bike that I had purchased only a few weeks before. I called the store and this resulted in me taking the bike in and it being fixed within a few hours of my call. I couldn’t have expected any better service.

Horrendous build quality, good customer service.
By far the worst build quality I’ve ever seen with lots of careless damage like small dings, scratches and scuffs marks including damage to anodised parts and bent bits of plastic trim.
Headset didn’t even fit together and was very obviously loose when I received the bike, stem didn’t even fit over the massive burr so amazing how that didn’t get spotted.
Customer service has been good when helping to resolve issues but need to start with the basics.
Thankfully they offered to cover the costs when I took it to another bike shop for repair.
