Bought a bike and had it delivered to…
Bought a bike and had it delivered to my local leisure lakes store. Got an email letting me know when to expect it and then another when it was ready. It was a kids mountain bike and they took the time to ask who it was for and how much riding they’d done so they gave me relevant info and not just a standard hand over. Great shop and staff at the Nottingham store! I’ve used them a few times and will try to use them for more in the future.

Very friendly call from customer services to check the delivery date was good for me. Never known a company do this. Delivery was then done within 48 hours. Great service.
