Really quick click and collect service. Unfortunately I’d ordered the wrong size and they didn’t have the size I needed in stock but the return/refund process was very quick and easy too. Great customer service.

Brilliant company to buy from, they have kept me informed with the item I ordered from them all the way, I am very happy with the item and it was well packed. Everything was included to set up the item very quickly and included a multi tool that I felt was a nice touch, I would highly recommend this company and buy from them again

The trousers I ordered were great quality. Delivery was quick. Regretably trousers were too big. Disappointed that I had to pay for return. Would therefore not re-order from Leisure Lakes because of this cost.

I had to return the item as it didn’t fit and they were very easy to deal with.

The over the phone update was much appreciated. The delivery time was short and delivery was great in my mothers words due to me being at work at the time of delivery. This is the place to take your bike for repair if you really love it. These guys repaired the gears on my Diamondback and recommended two excellent new tyres. It feels great to ride now!

checked stock on a pacific bike, was told it was is stock so paid for the bike and expected it to be delivered today, chased leisure lake bikes today to be told the bike is now out of stock. no calls to confirm. i has to do the chasing! poor service from the sales team! have now been told it will be in at the end of the month. would not use this company again.

What a fantastic team, I’m not good at ordering etc and all done, delivered , set up and spoken through it all with no rush. 100% recommend these for all your Cycle needs.

I changed my mind after ordering a pair of mtb trousers. Cancelling the order and obtaining a refund was easy. I then received emails asking me to rate my purchase, which was confusing, so I phoned Leisure Lakes to check my order had been cancelled. The adviser explained the emails were automated and to ignore them, and chased up my original order to check it had been cancelled. No hassle. Nice people to deal with.
