Bike is pristine and even came a couple of days early, the buying purchase was smooth and will definitely be using again.

Bikes great and very pleased with it, slight lack of communication but when finally got in touch apologised and explained that there was a staffing issue which was fine and then bike delivered the same day. Very polite and friendly staff I'd definitely recommend buying a bike or any equipment from these guys

Second time using the Preston hub for a collection point, ordered online which was straight forward. If I’m willing to travel from Blackpool to collect and ordered via Leisure Lakes Bike that means they have an offer that beats my local area and the service is good.

Used cycle to work scheme. Got voucher. Ordered on line for collect at store. Received an email saying when all was in. Phoned to check, picked up on day said. Slight glitch with the ICT, but took bike away. Staff really helpful. Really recommend. Love my bike. Using for short commutes and track rides with family.

Royal Mail lost my order but they very helpfully sent a replacement via next day delivery! Very happy with the prompt service and the helpful customer service.

Excellent product they even built the bike and delivered it themselves as I wasn't far from the warehouse.

I ordered a bicycle part on the website, But I received an incorrect item, accepted apologies, But the matter was not fully settled because the gentleman with whom I talked did not handle the matter correctly and I have been waiting for my benefit for two weeks!
