I’m only giving one star cos there was nothing less to give,this shapewear is total waste of money,it came and wasn’t true to size and had a weird opening at the back,I’m guessing they forgot to close up the back when sewing. Never ever again I can’t begin to talk about how long it even took for me to get it.wish I read reviews before wasting a dime on this.

Just everyone else. Took forever to arrive and it arrived in a size that only a small child could fit into. I ordered a large. I always were a large. Seemed reasonable to get a large. I sent an email about an exchange 2x now. No response. Silly me for not digging deeper for these reviews

I have been waiting and waiting for this crazy. It took over 2 months. I requested refunds 3 times in that time period because my package hadn't arrived and it was for a vacation. I've been back for 2 weeks & This piece of panty crap finally arrived TODAY. IT IS NOTHING LIKE DISCRIBED!!! It looks like it was made for a doll. Size is completely INACCURATE! Material is cheap and they have these wire rod things running up the sides.Just one on each side. You can have this crap back. This crap is only worth $5 not the $50 they charged me!

Report them on BBB! I wish I would have seen all these reviews before ordering as well. I took the extra step on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, scam tracker. Take the time to report a scam because this is what it is. The address to this "company" is residential. I looked it up on google maps. It claims to ship within 5-8 business days. I still have yet to receive a tracking number. Please report these people!!

Don't do it!!
As many others state, this product was nothing like what is advertised online. Not only that, it took almost a month to get to me. I ordered a size up and it was still way too small.
Now I am in a mess of sending e-mails back and forth to god knows who to try to get a refund. Don't waste your money on this product!

Nothing at all like I ordered. “Insured expedited shipping” that took months. Once it got here there was a huge slit in the back..not pictured in their pictures prior to buying. Such a waste of money. Bought larger than my usual size and it was still too small. Don’t buy from them. There are plenty of other better options.

I wish I would have read these before purchasing from lemontrim. Waited nearly 7 weeks for my item, and.when i asked for refund was told I would have to do a return once I received item. Then, I get the item finally and it's not what's been shown online, it has a slit.across the back and when I asked them about it, was told it was for when I sit down so you don't see them....so my back fat can hang out? Then asked me to send them my measurements because maybe i didn't order the right size....I ordered the biggest size, I may be a big girl but I've seen girls bigger supposedly wearing them. They don't have an inventory, they literally get your order and then they place an order through wish or Alibaba. That's why it takes so long.

I ordered 2 pairs of the Lemonrtrim shape wear underwear end of March 2021. It was almost 6 weeks since the shipping label had been created. I reached out to the company by email to: getlemontrim@xxxxxxxxx as this is their only way of communication according to the Customer Care Specialist, Selena Williams. She said I needed to wait atleast an additional week. I did and still nothing so I reached out to Selena again and asked for a refund as I was out $75 and no shapewear. She told me that would not be possible because her company could not afford the loss claiming my product had been sent out last week😑... I did protest but received no response. I did finally receive my package mid May. Unfortunately, even though I followed the size guidelines the shapewear wouldn’t go past my knees. I’m 5’3 150 so I ordered a XXL. I’m definitely disappointed. I haven’t reached out for an exchange because I’m not sure if I’d even receive a response. I assume if an exchange was successfully processed, I probably wouldn’t receive the shapewear until Christmas, if at all.

I ordered mine haven't received yet just emails it's coming . I'm very upset that one item takes weeks not even sure if I'll get the item . Who can I contact for help ?

I wish I had read these reviews before I patiently waited 6 weeks and a email to company before I received mine. All of these reviews are accurate because I experienced the same things. I never expected it have Chinese writing on it and the quality was as if I purchased from a dollar store. The video is very convincing but the product lets you down totally. I wouldn’t recommend

I wish I could leave a negative star. This product was raved about all over social media, i was so excited to try it!
It's a JOKE, order placed April 9th with "insured" shipping, geez. Still waiting for my order.

This company is horrible, and before anyone else order from this company I hope they look at the review on this site, I have been waiting for my product for 2 months as, so now I will dispute the transaction and get my money back,

Just like all of the other reviews on here, I’m a very disappointed customer. LemonTrim took my money and the product had not been delivered after two months. “Selena Williams” continues to email and say that my package is on its way and that means I cannot process a refund. I can’t believe these people are allowed to continue scamming us. How do we shut them down???

Nothing about this company is good. I have waited nearly 2 months for my package and customer service has been zero help. They keep saying the package isnt delayed....2 months isnt delayed? This company is a scam, they are liars and frauds. They wont give you a refund or a solid answer. Do not shop with them, there are plenty of good shapewear companies.

This company took my money and never shipped the product. America is becoming such a scamming country, I mean like is it a career or an occupation now to just scam people. Don't order anything from Lemontrim. I hope that one day, karma hits you so hard that your nose bleeds.

Ordered my lemontrim on April 13, 2021. I still have not received it....every time I email them they keep saying it should arrive in 2 weeks... this is horrible I have never waited this long for a package...this company is misleading. I will never order from them again. BUYER BEWARE

As a small business owner myself, small business does not mean a literal scam company. Guys get off the market until u can service the public, until then just charge your friends for samples. This is disrespectful and honestly illegal as far as the FTC goes

Was not satisfied with the product. I'm 5'5" and 175 pounds. It didn't do anything different than a cheaper product found at Walmart. I also did not like the back. There is a seperation from the lower part to the upper part not shown in any pictures. Delivery took 6 weeks to come in. The worst part of the whole purchase is returning. Website says money back guarantee but you are given a big run-around. Still waiting for them to send me an address for return. Not happy with the product or the company!

This “lemontrim” is HORRIBLE. almost 40 days waiting for my package and all they can say everytime i email them is “it is on its way” checking tracking ! Ans when i check “tracking” it states it is still in “transit” like what the hell !! And you can not speak to no one and i dont have how to get my money back!! Btw it is the same person everytime that emails me back “Selena Williams” grrrrr so mad

As I have read all of the complaints, I will not invest my money to this company. I saw some positive reviews as well but I don't believe them. So sad because women are really trying to get rid of the tummy fat. Thank you guys for your reviews because I was about to buy one.
