THEY SENT ME USED UNDERGARMENTS. And are refusing to provide a return label and refund me... what is the company? Isn’t this a sanitary issue at this point?

I have placed an order before 3 months ago for my sister’s wedding. My sister got married and I am still waiting for the shipment to be delivered 🥲.

Worst company ever , I ordered my item on Dec 5 2020 and never received it . I have been in contact with the company and they are refusing to return my 39.99. Please never use this company and spread the word , I already have posted on all social media

Did not fit, returned the product, still no refund! They’re a scam, bad customer service, they take ur money, give u a hard time for a refund so u stop asking. Do not buy from LemonTrim!!!!!

Absolutely the worst product I’ve ever used. Nothing what I ordered. Complete failure with product, customer service and major big run around with Timely delivery of product (which by the way came 4 months later) and refund process was an absolute joke. Never ever buy from this so called company.....complete rip off

I never received my product.. I can not find a number to contact them at all!!! Do not buy.

The most awful product and even worse customer service. COMPLETE rip off. Below is my full story of their scam but bottom line: don't do it.

I purchased one of their 'FlexFit Premium' shape-wear and could not be more disappointed. But that's not even the worst of it.. After spending $40 (£30) on this terrible product, I waited at least 3 weeks before it arrived, which was after the event I wanted it for, despite choosing an express delivery option and checking their delivery times on their website. But thank goodness I wasn't reliant on it, because when it did finally arrive (in just cheap plastic packaging), after a struggle to get it on it proved to do absolutely nothing. It didn't smooth out any curves, it in fact made me look lumpy and somehow I looked chubbier than I was. It had a very tight, thin band at the top, then the rest let everything hang out in a very unattractive way, plus there is a strange open part at the back just above the unflattering briefs part at the bottom. So of course, I wanted to return and get a refund.

However, the 'shape-wear' didn't come with any paperwork whatsoever, just the plastic bag, not even a return address. On their website they say they have a '60 day return policy' so if you are unsatisfied you can 'return it for a refund or exchange, no questions asked', you just need to contact them. So I emailed them, politely highlighting that I wasn't impressed with how long delivery took, that I wasn't pleased with the item and asked them how I start a return or find a returns label. They replied the next day saying they were 'sorry to hear that I wanted to return' and asked what was wrong with the product. I responded with a more detailed description of my issues with it and again asked how I could start a return.

They come back to me suggesting that I may have chosen the wrong size and they wanted to send me a free replacement. This is where I started to get antsy. I said no, I didn't want a free replacement I just wanted to return this one and get a refund, and I asked them to send me a return label. In their response, they tell me 'my satisfaction is very important to them' so they wanted to offer me a 30% (just under £9) refund and, of course, I can keep the item (lucky me!). But they also said, if I still wanted to return the item I would have to pay for the delivery myself and they couldn't give me a return label.

It was getting ridiculous and now I was annoyed, so I told them to give me their address and any other info I needed to return it for a FULL REFUND. They finally give me this info and ask me to consider keeping the item for a 50% refund, so I 'don't have to go through the trouble of sending it back during COVID-19 and having to pay for shipping'. By this point I had been emailing back and forth for over a week and I just wanted it over with. I looked into the shipping costs now that I had their address and it could cost me about £20+ to send it back, to then get a £29.76 refund, so at most I would actually only get £9 back. They play a good game. I gave in and accepted the 50% refund (£14.80) as it seemed my best option. They then told me that my refund had been processed and it could take up to 10 business days. I also then received another email with a refund notification. This was over 2 months ago. I have received nothing and have since send them a very angry email and have still heard/received nothing.

I can't begin to explain how appalled I am by how this has been handled and the quality of their 'customer service' that they claim to be very proud of, not to mention their actual product. I urge people to ignore the ads never buy from them, you will be disappointed and get led into a game of cat and mouse to get ripped off completely. I won't make this mistake again.

I finally received my order after weeks had gone by, opened my package and found a hole on one side. Emailed the company about the issue, no response.
Don’t waste your money, you can find better quality elsewhere.

It didn't look at all like the ones that are advertised. It looks and feels like it was cheaply made, and the selling point for me was the "non slip" feature which mine didn't even have. It did not have that little rubber strip that keeps it from falling down. I was fairly disappointed considering the amount I paid for it.

Actually this company does not deserve a star.the most disgusting package I have every gotten took weeks to here was not in proper packaged goods was just stuffed open into the mailing envelope and the garnet was used had all the tags cut out not even sure or size and looked nothing like the garnet I ordered. Avoid this al all cost.

This is absolute the worst customer service I have ever experience I honestly I think they're illiterate or something because they don't get it why does it take almost 5 months for them to give me a refund that I've been asking for. Originally I had to ask for space where and they sent me the complete opposite of what I asked and the wrong size! They gave it to me in a clear bag and now telling me that I need to come out of my pocket to send it back to them for me to get a refund even though it's been taking them five months of emailing for them to email me back and of course I've kept every email. The customer services ppl literally repeat same fuuking thing over and over again in email its bulllshit!! Sent me wrong size and shape w3ar taking 5 month to give me my money for me to barwly get an email for me do it myseld when your stupid ass wanna be shapewear fuk ass ppl did it wrong in first place?? Unfuc

I can't say that I was shot to come to this site and see a bunch of negative reviews. My experience with them has been less than stellar. When I purchase my garment I noticed that it was coming from China which I was not pleased about. Big quickly took my money and I quickly ask for a refund for this reason. My item had not yet shipped but they would not offer me a refund stating that it had shipped. I am formed them that I did not want to handle any International packages. They told me that I could either refuse the package or that I could contact them once I received it To return it. It took one month to arrive. Once it arrived there was no indication that the item was from lemon trim. It was a nondescript package that had an address from Inglewood California. The garment was not in any protective plastic in there was no return label or invoice inside. I contact the customer service for 3rd time And the person writing me Asked me had I tried it on. I responded that I had no intention of putting that garment on my body and I just want my refund I have not heard back from them yet. I would not recommend 0 out of 0

Horrible customer service 3 days I have been trying to get in touch with them for a return and they haven't even gotten back to me, the quality of the product is really bad plus the huge hole in the back that honestly doesn't make sense. Don't waste your money.

If I could give zero stars I would. By far worse customer service ever. I received my waist trainer 3 weeks after ordering and clearly it was coming from China which they did not specify on the site. I received a waist trainer with a huge hole/ gap between lower back and underwear like it was almost a 2 piece. I contacted customer service with all photos as proof they only offered me 30% back and would not refund my money unless I send the item back on my own expense. Second time I wrote an email the reply was from Amy and she offered me a 40 percent refund and tried to talk me out of shipping it back. After I continued to email they sent me a PO Box address from NY. Clearly they have been false advertising and this for a while and not accepting their mistakes. Also guys don’t fall for the “HASSLE FREE RETURN” written on their site, it clearly means nothing.

I wish I could give zero stars, this company is a joke. I ordered from them and they said it was sent but it never did so now I am not going to have it for the event I bought it for I’m pissed. It took me emailing them ten day’s after ordering for it to finally send it or be able to track the package that supposedly was sent over a week ago!! Don’t buy you won’t get it in a timely manner

This is the worst company ever. Now I’m pissed because I seen the same post as what I’m going through. They took my money from my card even though they’re only supposed to do that once the item is shipped they gave me a tracking number that I cannot track and as soon as I told him I wanted to refund they completely stopped replying to me. They don’t even have a contact number to get a hold of them.

I am very surprised by the bad reviews. I absolutely LOVE my Lemontrim. They are sized pretty small so you should upsized. I ordered my first 2 in a small then realized I should've gotten a medium. I emailed Lemontrim and told them about the issue and they got back to me via email within 48 hours. They immediately sent me 2 new ones in a medium. Shipping is taking longer right now due to Covid19. It still hasn't taken more than 3 weeks for mine to arrive. I will be purchasing more from them and also recommend them to friends and family. My experience has been great. My tighter clothes have never looked so good on me!

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered my item in August and it’s almost November and it still hasn’t arrived. They keep telling me they can’t refund as it’s been shipped but yet I’m still waiting on item. Don’t order from lemontrim- scammers!

Well first off it took a month to get here I haven’t heard anything since they took my money I had to email them for information about my package then they finally email my confirmation number after 2 weeks after my payment once I received my package it was way to small they gave me a XS 🤬 when I order a Large smh plus it wasn’t the same product that was advertised they gave me something totally different 😡I’m pissed I wasted my hard earned money on this bs I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy I wish I could give them 0 stars
