After ordering from this site I will never use them again or recommend them to ANYONE!!.
After ordering from this site, I was faced with a catalogue of discrepancies. First was the delivery times, on the site it states 7-10 working days, in actual fact I waited 1 month. Secondly When I did receive my item, it was damaged (a large hole in the front that wasn’t meant to be there) and an even bigger one in the back. Plus the quality of the material was weak, cheap and kept rolling down. Finally after making contact with LemonTrim ( which is very slow on their behalf ) to forward my findings & to request a refund, they apologised for the damage, but proceeded to inform me that the large hole in the back, was to make using the bathroom easier. However this is NOT shown on the site at any point.
At this point due to the poor service on EVERY level, I would just like a refund. I was offered a replacement garment free of charge and told to keep the item I already had OR if I wanted a refund I would have to return the item at my cost. I chose the latter which cost me £14.00 to track and trace to send to NY) which means I’m paying to return damaged goods after spending £39.99 to purchase it initially.. so either way I lose.. I wish I could’ve given a 0 star rating.. Even one star is too good!!
