This is a sham of a business. I ordered it over a month ago and when it did finally come it was extremely too little and i ordered a xl. I would not recommend anyone purchase from here believe me

THIS IS A SCAM! I Ordered mine over 30 days ago. I’ve emailed them multiple times with the same thing saying it’s on the way. Finally I’ve demanded a refund. they replied saying they can’t give me a refund until it gets here and then I can send it back for a refund.

I ordered 29 days ago and still waiting. My friend got her within 14 days. Every time I reached out to lemon trim they emailed me back saying “on its way”. I do not recommend buying from this company.

I have yet to receive my shaper it’s been 2 months and shipment details are written in Chinese smh I paid extra to receive my product n nothing I’m pissed! I want my money back ASAP

Took the money from my account but no product received. BAD and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have been waiting exactly 21 days for my order, and haven’t even received a confirmation email. I double checked to make sure I was billed, and I was. I attempted to reach out to Lemontrim for an update on my order, and am still waiting for a response. I will be fighting for a full refund, and purchased my shapewear with a different company. Do not recommend!

I had the very same experience. It took 21/2 weeks to get the order, not 5 days. Did not like the items and immediately reached out to find out how to return them. They offered me the same deal, 30% off and keep the items. Emailed them that I didn't want the items and wanted a full refund- no word back from customer care. I've written them 3 more emails- nothing for days. This is a scam in my opinion. Their website says a full refund, no questions asked yet they will not tell me how to send these items back.

Opened it and the stitching is coming undone. Email to return it as it says on the FAQ page you have 60 days to return for a refund. Email the customer service team who ignore that I want to return and try to send me a free placement. Tell them I would just like to send it back for a refund. Customer service emails me back saying I can keep the product and they will refund me 30%. I say no that I would like to send it back, get told they cant print me a return label and that it needs to be returned in 30 days from the day it was received even though it says on the website 60 days. Respond and ask them how to proceed and its been a week with no response when all the previous messages happened within a day.

Absolutely horrible. I literally just opened my package and immediately noticed 2 big holes. The stitching is coming apart! I’m extremely upset and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Buyer beware. I was shipped a used undergarment, tagged was ripped out. I wanted to return for refund but only offer was to ship a replacement. Now I am not receiving any replies as I asked for the return ship address and they apparently want the return within 30 days to run out so not responding to me. Worst customer service. Maybe they are working out of a garage overseas.

they only want to replace an item that is cheap and doesn't fit well and you can only email them and they take days to respond! they don't want to give you a refund!

I'm a very disappointed customer I bought one and it came with have of the panty was missing crazy cause they charge thirty something dollars for a piece of damage items then I ordered the same one on Amazon for a cheaper prize and it was way better than your lemontrim shame on them never again will I order anything from them !!!!!!!

SERIOUSLY- THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST. they completely scammed me, I ordered a medium, for my daughter hoping that it would be delivered fast for her birthday because she really wanted it. next thing i know, It takes 7 months. afterwards, my daughter tried it on, and it turns out it was multiple sizes too big, and it had said XL on it, when I clearly ordered a medium for her. After emailing them, I asked for a refund because they weren't right. I received an email a few days later, and they were sad that i wasn't happy with the product and they asked what was wrong with it. I sent an email again, explaining the situation again. ( i already did in the 1st email) After receiving an email again, They literally said i couldn't have a refund, but they could send me a free new one. Obviously i denied and once again asked for a FULL REFUND. Then when i got a new email and tried to respond. i figured out that they blocked me on that email, So i used a side email and sent a very mean message. Afterwards i let it go and apologised to my poor daughter for her not getting the only present she truly wanted from me. Sorry kiddo, maybe something different, but lesson of the day. Don't Buy From LemonTrim.

Won't give refund. Products are defective and not what is listed if you even get them. They hustle you around until your refund period is up so they don't have too.

I ordered my item over 6 months ago and still haven’t gotten it. The company keeps claiming it’s getting shipped and has been doing such for over half a year. They are denying a refund and wants me to wait more. I suggest you do not shop here.
